Beautiful mountain views, green courtyard (where you can find cats, bunnies and turtles), large pool.. The pillows were too large

Very nice hotel. Clean , room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Pool area , clean and very nice...it was only few people using it. We were staying in July however during the winter when the hotel is fully booked indoor pool might be a bit small. Everything was perfect

One additional thing that would be appreciated is a child bathrobe that our kid could use for the pool. :)

One of the rooms had a genuine issue with the shower, water collected in one part of the floor and wouldn't drain, since the shower simply isn't designed to let it run off. It just pooled there, so we had to step through standing water after every use. The hotel's only response was to send someone to scoop the water out; they never offered to move us to another room to make things more comfortable, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level.
