We loved staying at this hotel. Situated on a very picturesque street with a stream running through the middle - we were able to retreat from the busy main street whilst still only being a 10 minute walk away from the action. The hosts were lovely - couldn't fault them at all, so welcoming! The room was cosy and homely and very big - we even got to choose our room on arrival - cannot fault it. Can't think of any sort of improvements, would love to come back!

We loved this holiday so much we booked the same room again for our annual ski holiday. The location was excellent (perfect balance between old town and the gondola for the mountain), the hosts were better than we could have hoped for in every way, the views of the mountains was incredible and the place was very well built and maintained.

Incredibly helpful and respectful hosts, great location, and clean place. There are 3 options for a "Deluxe Double Room" and you are not assigned one the moment you book, and when you arrive, you can get placed into a big one or a smaller one. I did not like the fact that you pay the same amount for different sizes, when one place is much more comfortable than the other one. I would say my place was not a good value for money, but everything else was great.

Location was perfect for after skiing walks. Personally, my back hurt the bed was so hard, but others in our group were all ok, so maybe it was just my body.

We had a fantastic stay at Guest House Dzhangal. Very cosy, warm and clean, in an ideal location in Bansko. Close enough to walk to the gondola for skiing but also far enough out that it was quiet in the evenings and away from the hustle and bustle. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Bansko in the winter skiing to book here!

The location is amazing. Quiet but very central. Lovely view of mountains. Great value for money. Niki is a wonderful host. Very welcoming, helpful and great communication. Highly recommend. We will be back x Bathroom facilities could have been better, but very functional.

The hosts are very nice people. The location is good, short walking distance to the center. It is not a fency place but fair furnished, the bathroom was OK, although it had no door. It is good value for money. In the description it was mentioned "free toiletries", that meant soap in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the toilet, I had to grab it in the morning from the reception. (Probably they just forgot about it.) These are minimal problems, did not affect the overall good experience
