It supposed to be close from hotel as transit but hotel staff were okay and respectful but shuttle bus from airport to hotel was very bad Shuttle bus ignores us while we wait for One hour in parking waiting for him

it’s near from the Soekarno-Hatta airport so if you have a short layover but you don’t want to stay in the airport, this will be a good deal for you. they also offer free shuttle for airport pick-up and drop off.

Strategic location 1. Access to the hotel was complicated. 2. Breakfast was not quite shows as 4 star hotels, below standard of cuisine option. If this Swiss bel inn i wouldn't be expected to much, but this is Swiss bel hotel.

The room and the bathroom were rather big. The restaurant and breakfast were good. The location near the airport. But still a taxi is required that drives a roundabout course because of the highway. nothing

Facility is good and it is near to a lot of resto. It also provide shuttle bus to airport. I have communication problem regarding pick up arrangement. The driver is not fast responding. He responded me after I arrived by taxi.

This hotel offerred free airport shuttle leaving on the hour. We had an early flight so we caught the 6am shuttle and they were prompt. We also picked up a breakfast brown bag consisting of breads, which was nice.

breakfast was good. We had one day Lunch, was also good. housekeeping etc was good . wifi was not good even was connected . Airport pick up and drop facility is good.

The room was spacious and very neat. Smelt clean and fresh the room. The AC was powerful and ventilation was good. The bed was super comfortable and big. Noise control within the room was fantastic and able to sleep for a couple of hours before our flight. The WIFI was extremely fast and great. The bathroom facilities was fantastic, with the shower pressure and heat being exceptional. Getting to the breakfast area was very difficult and the signs were not clear in the direction. Half way through the night, the AC turned off and I was able to smell smoke/ash from the ventilation, The reception staff were quite rigid and not very accommodating during the check-in process. Did not offer to bring luggage to our room. There hotel bar seating area was not maintained and there was vomit all over one of the tables which no cleaning services clean up.

The breakfast is good, the room is spacious. 1. There was a suspicious liquid on the toilet bowl. 2. The bed is too soft, got backache 3. Ask for body lotion to the receptionist around 09:00 pm, he said he will confirm to the housekeeping first, wait for 20-30 min, no feedback. Try to call housekeeping 3 times nobody answered Around 09:30 pm called receptionist again, he said “we will send the body lotion” Waited until 10:30 pm, no one sent the body lotion Until morning around 08:00 am, nothing Check out around 08:15 am 25 nov 2025. 4. Blackout twice in the early morning.

The dinner buffet was delicious and great local experience. The pool is pretty epic, it's a great place to cool off after a long journey. Friendly staff! The hotel offers a free shuttle but wouldnt take our surfboards. I told the hotel in advance we were bringing surfboards and they said we must find alternative transport. When we arrived at the hotel, they then said we could have used one of their taxis. But we'd already booked and paid for other transport. It could have saved us money.
