Only stayed here one night as it was close to the harbour It’s just dirty, no hot water and AC was terrible. There was a huge cockroach in the bathroom

On site staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was a good size and air con worked well considering the size of the room. Outdoor terrace area was nice for a morning coffee and helpfully sheltered in this current rainy season. Adorable on site cats. Owner was helpful in booking our Mt Ijen tour. The bathroom needed attention/a deep clean. Shower stopped working (luckily on our final morning so was not much of an issue). Toilet was disgustingly dirty and smelt of stale urine. Be careful... although it may look close to the train station and the port - you do need to walk round the train line/fields so it does take 30 minutes minimum to walk.

air conditioning was fonctionning i arrive late, but I sent them few messages to kept them update about my arrival and they didn't see the message and didn't wait for me to arrive even I have already paid by booking. it was hard to find, it's a little bit more far than the google map tell you. a family around helps us to found and to call them. there was few bugs but they take them out away. The shower didn't work.

The owners were very friendly and hospitable, and the property was clean. To be clear, the owners were very friendly and welcoming and the facilities seemed clean. That said, the location was not close to restaurants, requiring a walk through a questionable part of town (multiple neighbors were burning something in their back yards). Room did not have: - A flushable toilet (literally no handle) - A shower stall (hose jutted out over the toilet) - Towels (nowhere in the hotel) - A top sheet - A sink - Soap (nowhere in the hotel) Room did have: - Ants - Lizards

Very good price for stop over if you are hiking ijen. One small blanket not big enough for two.

The staff, the bed is comfy, the AC is cool Shower didnt work, no flush on toilet and the TV wasn't working well

it's near by Ketapang port, cheap but awful staff not able to speak english, room okay for one night, bathroom dirty and shower not working, they sell water in little bottles already open with the seal broken
