Weird that you have to pay extra for Spa, which is also quite unexciting.

The staff were exceptional, even when the hotel got super busy. No extra charge for Spa use. Very attentive with transfers up to the ski lift. Concierge was excellent. Nice little extras like sweets in the room, popcorn at apre, Commentary welcome drink etc. It’s a dated hotel - which normally we wouldn’t care about but they couldn’t turn the in floor heat off.. so it was too hot to sleep. We also had a small queen bed - which again, normally is fine if it’s comfortable, but this bed was not- way too springy with a hard ring around the top. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was to use the Jacuzzi which was of course not working.

The staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble for them. In fact, the hotel really is geared to make your skiing holiday very comfortable: there is a minibus to take you to and from the lift; and the staff will take your skis from your locker to the minibus, and back again, as well as bring you your shoes. It's also worth mentioning that the room was very comfortable and super quiet; we never heard another guest! The little chocolates that they left every afternoon as a post-skiing treat was also a lovely detail. There was nothing we didn't like really. The location means that there's a 30 min walk into the centre of Baqueira but there are (worse) hotels in the centre if you really have to stay there.

Very nice hotel, ski rental at the hotel, they have a private transfer to the ski lift at the guests requests. Restaurants are very good, the racletterie could be improved though. Rooms are excepcional and spa treatments top notch!!! Spa is a bit small for the number of guests

There are amazing staff! it was very comfortable! they try to do everything for their guests! ski room was excellent, I mean you have not do anything, the staff help you with ski and boots, it was my first experience with this kind of care (although I travel a lot). we booked a number for 3 person, but we were 4 (2 adult and 2 children). it wasn’t comfortable to sleep with our daughter in one bed, so the hotel offer us upgrade the room, and we got two-room sute with to bedrooms, and they did for us a really good discount!!! thanks for this! because the quality of our trip became better! our children were very upset that the children room was closed in this year.

We loved this hotel. The restaurant and the breakfast service are fantastic, and the staff is superb, kind and relaxed. The location is excellent: a 4min shuttle to 1700mts, where there's a ski lift that is never too crowded, and takes you to Esquirós. You can also rent the ski gear at the hotel. The spa was also pleasant. We'd love to be back soon. I wish the duvet cover was softer and nicer. The bed sheets were ok.

The service was the best. Ski locker services and the ban transfer directly to the ski lift make the stay in this hotel worthy. the bed was not amazing, plus I would expect to have at least a free bottle of water in the room and not have to pay for it (4€!) - it’s a 5* hotel and this is a basic even in a 3* hotel… The pizza in the hotel restaurant was not home made. Considering its price (16€) it should be.
