Location, SPA The noise in between rooms is very bad, some of the staff are really rude they dont even have queen size bed they dont put cattle in rooms nor tissues

Great location, short walk to Telecabinas and there is a free shuttle. Rooms are small but well designed, clean and have good sound isolation. Handy lockers for ski gear, many restaurants and bars nearby and at the hotel. There is also a large pool (water is a bit chilly) and a spa to rest after ski.

Location is great and rooms are comfortable The parking when we arrive at 15 pm there were no parking available at the hotel parking we parked at public parking next to hotel later around midnight we find parking spot at property. Also when we arrive the hotel at 15:00 pm to check in the room was not ready and we had to wait around an hour to get the room front desk was not too attentive
