Located within the world-class ski resort of Baqueira Beret, Hotel Val de Neu G.L. offers free ski storage and luxurious rooms and suites with views of the ski slopes. The hotel offers 4 different restaurants: La Fondue Restaurant, with characteristic food from the mountains; El Bosque Restaurant, featuring international dishes; El Bistro Restaurant, with a more relaxed menu; and La Nonna Restaurant, specialized in Italian cuisine. There is a chill-out area with several sofas around a fireplace where guests can relax. The luxurious Sisley spa offers massages, beauty treatments, a thermal circuit, and an exterior hot tub. A children's area includes a heated pool, miniclub, and, as well as a babysitter. Ski classes, ski passes and ski equipment hire are also available. All rooms and suites are spacious and feature elegant décor, and the Royal Suites include luxurious décor elements, such as Swarovski diamonds. All rooms include a mini-bar, coffee machine, free WiFi, and pillow menu.

This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to go to the slopes. It’s part of a three hotel complex and barely five minutes walk to the ski lifts. The lockers are very conveniently located next to the lift. The spa whilst expensive you can get a deal on and is well worth the visit. We used it each night after our slope session to ease muscles. Loved the food and all in all was quite good value for money. Finally, the staff are really what makes this hotel great. Customer service is top notch and the staff really couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable.

Spa was small and we would have preferred more flexible time for kids and mor option for kids. No pool for kids. No spa options for kids after skiing day.

The Service, breakfast and convenience for skiing is perfect! An extra €40 each to have a post ski sauna, not great!

Great location Two dinners in a row in the restaurant on the first floor brought an incorrect bill, more than it actually was. We had to demand changes. There was also a rude manager on the L floor. Despite the opening hours until 1:00, we were kicked out at 12:00. They even turned off the lights even though we were still at the table!

The service and the facilities are really good. You have to worry about nothing. The swimming pool is kind of small and not really appealing and the gym really needs better and more complete equipment. You can’t do much with dumbbells up to 10kgs and that multi usage machine that is old and impossible to use.

Top location, very close to the funicular. The hotel has a special zone for kids with a small swimming pool and great play zone, which is quite useful. The zone with a fireplace on the first floor probably is the best in the town for relaxing with a cocktail in the evening. The gym size, quality and condition is just a shame for an hotel that pretends to be 5 stars. Torn seats, old materials...unacceptable. Formally there are 3 restaurants, which is not true: there is a general zone for breakfast which in the evening is being divided on three "restaurants". It's impossible to connect to wifi through a standard process, so you have to call to the reception and they will tell you 6-7 digits code. In general, it seems like a typical approach when once installed services are not maintained. Which is not adequate if we compare it to the price and the declared level. Just next door there is AC Mariott with quite a different and definitely more standardised approach. So, there is no reason to stay again at this level of price in the local-quality oriented facility.

The breakfast is amazing, the whole hotel is really good, the staff is there to make it great for you, whatever you need, they take care of it. The mini club for the kids is really good too. Everything is a bit over priced, but is what you get in a 5 star hotel. The access to the spa swimming pool should be free.
