Breakfast is the best and diner at Hincha. Staff at Hincha not great Spa is disappoint.

Cleaning service slow and very rude. First day, they came to clean the room at 345pm. We were back from skiing and taking a shower at the time and the cleaning lady’s told us to leave the room or otherwise they were leaving in 10 minutes and the room wouldn’t get clean. We ended up getting in a discussion, since they actually had all day to make up the room. We were showering and told them that as soon as we finished they could do the room but that didn’t seem to work for them. Funny that in a hotel like this clients have to conform to what’s more convenient to the cleaning service. I conveyed this situation to the front desk. Didn’t really give a dam. Said ok and changed the conversation. Ending on a happy note. Hotel is new and beautiful.

The interior design and the super friendly staff. We had amazing food at The bar and the restaurant downstairs. The Spa, is definitely the weak point. Not at the same level of the hotel. You can see that the spa has not been renovated like everything else in the hotel.

Very nicely presented and cosy, great breakfast and great restaurants! Spa is terrible for a Mountain / Ski hotel and to charge guests for the use of the basic elements in a Spa is ridiculous especially for the quality offered!

All in all good hotel, pricey for what you get but very decent, staff is friendly, the duplex apartment suits its purpose well, and the breakast is rich. Its a little bit further from the gondola than other hotels on the strip. No complaints, just a hefty price tag for a proper hotel, nothing out of the ordinairy.

It was super duper excellent—fresh, delicious, and with so many options to choose from! From perfectly cooked eggs to a variety of pastries, fresh fruits, and amazing coffee, every bite was a delight. I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with a next-level breakfast experience! Can't wait to return!

Design, location next to the slopes, good breakfast. - Service at the breakfast entry was pretty rude and unfriendly every morning. - We were asked if we had a special occasion two times before arrival and although we answered that we were going to celebrate a birthday during our stay, the hotel had no detail with us. - We had the birthday dinner in their Hincha restaurant and they gave us a desert with a candle that they later on charged us for, although we never ordered it. (Also prepare for high prices… a 13€ wine costs you 54€ in that place). - The sauna was not working and still you had to pay 25€ per person to use the swimming pool for one hour. - Mattress was good but pillows not and the duvet kept falling out of the cover.
