Beautiful hotel in a very calm neighborhood. I had really nice views out of my window. My room was really cozy. Follow the signs on the roads to reach the hotel because the location on google maps is not 100% correct. The bathroom was a bit too small, I had barely any room to dry myself off and the shower just had a cheap little curtain making it so the whole floor got wet after taking a shower.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Dinner at the resraurant was really excellent. Breakfast was decent. Location is great as it is situated next to a beautiful lake. Only downside was that the room was slightly small for a family of three.

The location, part way up the hillside in a well forested area. It was within walking distance of the people we wanted to visit during our stay. There was a good size wardrobe in the room so we had plenty of space to unpack our clothing for the two weeks. The wifi was free and worked well. We didn't eat there, nor did we use the pool or spa. Both Saturday nights had noisy groups booked for accommodation. The group on the first Saturday quieted down by 23:00 so it was OK. The group on the second Saturday was still making noise in the hallways at 01:00 (banging on doors and shouting at whoever was inside)! The bathroom in our room (23) was very cramped. The space between the sink and the door was small and the space between the shower and the sink was equally small. So, when we got out of the shower, it was very cramped for drying ourselves.

The location and the ebike for rent. Restaurant was also good. The room was fool of big black disgusting flies ? . The only comment from management was "sorry we ard in nature and that's how it is"!? We had to kill approx 40 of this disgusting things and than did not open the windows for 3 days. It was very hot and miserable. Completely ruined our experience. Please install netting on the windows!!

Great quiet location in the Alps Good wheelchair access room helpful staff who waited up till 11 pm for a late check in minor points only - view from balcony was of not much and a fridge in the room would also have been of use

Excellent breakfast and dinner with a lot of local products served. We had a spacious superior room. I believe it was our third time here, will return!
