Location Old furniture, sometimes a cold shower and the loud noises of the passing train during the night. Breakfast without fresh bread.

The hotel has a polite and considerate staff. The hotel is not well maintained. In our first attempt the room had an unbearable mildew odor. The staff moved us to another room, in the afternoon sun side of the building. It was just a less worse. The towels are outworn and not of good quality. Bed linen and towels definitively need to be washed with a far better quality washing machine soap

Centrally located. DO NOT stay here! It is false advertising and nothing like the pictures or description. The hotel is centrally located, but the rooms are old, terribly appointed, uncomfortable, and very small.The staff doesn't work or take any initiative or follow through. The toilet overflowed, and it took over an hour to get a plunger. We had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. There were smokers in the room next door, and the staff refused to address it. I never leave negative reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable.

the receptionists and restaurant staff were great there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. I called the receptionist and it was brought up immediately. however it was the worst and cheapest toilet paper I have ever seen! I had to buy a decent one. the towels are very thin and felt like years old. the Ned was too hard.

The suite was in front of a construction with lot of noises. In addition we found a spider inside the room. We need to ask for another room.

The bathroom is very old and there is no holder for shampoo, soap etc near the shower. The windows have no protection against the wind and will complicate for colder weather.

location great view from the 6 floor The room was ok No air conditioning it was quite warm inside the room. fan was provided. Towels provided smell a bit off the guest have to request a house keeping to come and clean the room. The mattress was absolutely the worst part, so hard. breakfast was excellent staff was sweet and courteous.

location The bed is just inadequate. We couldn’t slip. Look like a piece of wood. So bad, we left after the first night without asking for a refund for the rest of the trip.

Staff kindness, Cleanliness, Location in the center of the city, a lot of facilities around. Overall, nice place, but old. I had to change room due to excessive noise. We could hear voices of the neighbor. The acoustic of the room is not pleasant.
