The location was great. Close to metro. The room was comfortable. (When we finally got the correct room we booked). The rooftop bar was a nice environment and food and drink selection room was reasonable. The bar staff were always friendly. The reception staff on the front desk were very transactional. We were given a lower grade room than we booked so had to come back down to reception to have it resolved. There were only a small number of sun beds by the pool so they were always full. This seemed to be a problem given the size of the hotel and number of guests. The main restaurant was closed without any information as to why.

This property has really nice view while you are drinking your delicious cocktails, you can watch this beautiful view. Rooms enough big and so clean. They are cleaning rooms every day, and new towels Staff was so helpful even before arriving hotel. Isaac was so helpful, he has clean explanations for everything.
