The hotel is elegant and very clean, with excellent service and friendly The location is a bit far from the city center, and transportation can be slightly challenging. Prices are also on the higher side.

Very cousy bed, great private terrace with view, garden in the restaurant, friendly staff A/C cannot be controlled from the room, very inconvenient light switches, noise from the AC, noise from the kitchens air vent. Lack of privacy because the bathroom is not a separate room. Also once the cleaning lady left our door wide open.

The style of the hotel and the rooms are impressive in size, amenities and comfort. Very well thought out on the details and the staff is top notch. Extremely helpful and welcoming. Location is also a wonderful change from busy downtown and with planting to do within walking distance in one of the most iconic neighborhoods.

Enjoyed being out of the center of the city, right at the end of a train line the L7. Walking around the local neighborhood was great. The room had Ware around the edges… The floor was stained and buckled by the shower, housekeeping was excellent, but there were stains on the carpet, and overall looked like it needs a bit of a update/refresh to maintain a five star rating.

It is located very far from the center, not even close to walking distance, there is not bar/restaueabt or any open area to grab a snack, only a Michelin star restaurant where you can’t get in. The breakfasts are horrible. The room fine but too expensive, the staff are NOT welcoming and not willing to help.

The amenities did not feel accessible – there was no little lounge to grab a glass of wine or a snack, and the prop seemed mainly focused on the restaurant

Amazing and very helpful staff! I have sprained my ankle during the stay in the city and the staff was truly caring for me during before departure. Amazing breakfast, great rooms! Not being able to even slightly open a window in the room is not my preference. Breakfast only opening at 8 AM and since I was there for business with meetings starting early, hard to accommodate always.

I would have like clearer instructions about where to enter the property. Our taxi driver didn't know where to drop us off, and it was not obvious where to find the reception desk.

Location was not the best, the restaurant though.. if you go to this hotel, make sure to visit the restaurant. It’s amazing! The wood on the terrace around the jacuzzi lays loosely. Besides that there is few negative things to say!

The room, the staff, the restaurant, the spa (being able to reserve time kept it quiet and tranquil), the garden. Excellent service from airport pickup right through to being dropped back off. A warm welcome and responsive staff, meeting requests quickly. Regular room servicing, including turn down service. NA.
