The room 401 is like a closed box it was for my boys, room 405 has an internal window but still dark room and I felt a bit uncomfortable, but gladly they were able to change it for the last two nights from my six nights stay

We loved the location. It’s is in the heart of the gothic quarter with a cafe on the first floor and a pool on the roof. It’s wonderfully air conditioned, which was amazing during the heat wave. There’s a grocery store across the street as well as an Irish pub, both added to our enjoyment. Our room was small and functional. It was a room with 3 twins and one chair.

Great location. Very clean. Staff helpful. Only feedback was that the washroom could use minor update. There was mold where the glass was mounted to the tub. And the ceramic glaze on the sink was crackling/damaged. Would have appreciated a second mirror in the space.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional especially Jesus who put up with my constant room key needs (kept losing it). He was very patient and kind even though I am sure he was a bit annoyed? I really enjoyed the comfortable lobby area complete with coffee and sandwich bar and great seating.
