Using the elevator got a bit tedious over time, because it fits only four people and runs very slowly. Also, we didn't manage to find the stairs as an alternative.

The property was in a very central location 5 minute walk to Passeig de Gràcia and Placa de Catalunya. The room was clean and the facilities were very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful

Brilliant location. Accomodated our family of four well with interconnecting rooms. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There were no instructions for parking and it was difficult to know where how to access is. A map on the hotel site to explain this would have ben very useful as well as instructions, as we had to street park some distance away, then go in and then re park in the hotel car park. Street parking was almost impossible.

I had booked and paid, with my credit card, a quite expensive room for 230 euros per night. Instead of me, my wife was travelling and when arrived in the hotel, they asked for her card to verify (what??). Once they saw that the booking was paid from another card (although the surname was the same) they denied to give the room to my wife, asking her to pay again the room price, although the room was paid. They claimed that they will refund the initial payment 5 working days later. My wife called Booking.com help desk and after explaining the situation, a booking agent called the hotel. The hotel still was insisting for my wife to pay again for the room. Finally, after two hours discussion with the reception manager she paid again the room. After four days the initial payment was refunded to my credit card. This hotel process is a clear bureaucracy, there was nothing to verify, as the room was already paid, and their behavior jeopardized my wife's day. Stay away from them, otherwise you risk similar behaviors.

The property was in a great location. In a local area and felt clean. The room smelled of mold occasionally. Specifically after showering. Didn’t see any mold in the room or shower so not sure what that was about.

Clean rooms, average size with all the amenities you need. Location and value are decent. The gym is nice, as expected for a hotel. Staff were friendly. Restaurant has a nice breakfast buffet. No free coffee in the morning downstairs.

Location near luxury shopping and long walking to major attractions Very noisy during the day even though we were in a room that faced the inside of the hotel, not very clean, lobby is crowded and not enough seating, meh check in experience- very generic hotel.

The location was perfect for our trip. We loved the rooftop pool, breakfast and front desk staff so helpful!

The room was nice, and there were plenty of freebies. We stayed for two days, and unfortunately, the room service never cleaned our room.

Pool ! Perfect for a midday break with a toddler. It is very small, but more than enough space for Multiple people, and it has the most incredible view. Amazing towels for bath and pool. Location !!! Staff, with the exception of a couple, they were incredibly rude. Shower was spacious and great water pressure but very moldy ceiling.
