Loved the roof top restaurant. Room was small but comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, no issues or wait for taxi transportation. Breakfast buffet had a huge assortment of foods and was excellent. Further away from sites than anticipated. Windows don’t open/ no balcony.

Loved the automatic lights by the bed and the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay. We loved the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and dinner food was delicious and plenty of choices to pick from for breakfast. Location was also good and getting a taxi was very easy with the help of staff. The only problems we had with the room was the lighting. It was too dark in the room and there was not enough lights or the ability to make the brighter. Also not enough storage to unpack suitcases if you plan on staying there longer than a few days.

It’s a good accommodation in nice location with very poor hospitality skills from staff. Staff at the reception are very rude. I had a terrible experience!! Cocktails sat the bar are bad. Even after feedback no improvement at all. Elevator system is disaster in the rush hour. Many alternatives in Barcelona are better in services, even with much more less price! I think HYATT is away behind the luxury brands. They don’t know what is customer experience at all. They deal with people as a commodities.

Not satisfied at all. HIGHLIGHT: THE RECEPTIONIST AFTERNOON SHIFT JANUARY 17, 2026 Worst front desk experience we have ever had. The service was extremely rude and felt discriminatory. We were not accommodated properly at all. We called the reception four times regarding an issue with our television, and later found out that the receptionist never even contacted the designated staff member who was supposed to fix it. I personally called the reception again to escalate the concern and was promised wine and chocolates as compensation, but nothing was ever delivered. There was no follow-through and no accountability. The receptionists working during the afternoon and night shift on January 17 were particularly unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff took good care of us. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic! I wouldn't have changed a thing.
