Terrible sewage and gas stench in rooms 315 and 328 for 5 consecutive nights. The staff repeatedly lied to our faces and did nothing. Management refused a full refund. A complete nightmare for a family vacation.

Great hotel, lovely pool. Service in the rooftop restaurant could have been improved, it was slow and required many reminders on requests made. I expected better.
