The room was clean and pleasant. Having an option for a space that accommodates a family with 2 children such that each could have their own twin bed was very nice and uncommon in our travel experience.

The misdirected us to the entrance and when we arrived we waited about 5 minutes for someone to open the door because it was locked.

Room was spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable. Everyday we found beds nicely done and new towels for all of us. The room smelled nice everyday. Was expecting a more varied breakfast for my daughter who is coeliac. She was given packed croissant, muffins and bread everyday.

I love the location, close to bus ,subway, train stations. Also very accessible to restaurants and groceries. Walkable distance to barca stadium. Breakfast perfect. The family room was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Fitness center was too small and warm, some mattress in family room not too comfortable

The standing Weak internet connection. I was not able to connect to my Netflix account due to poor internet connectivity
