Very clean and staff friendly, the breakfast was great, and close to most attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby walking distance, train station is 2 min walking away from the hotel, definitely recommend it for everyone

Room was spacious. Bed super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. Would've been nice to have some coffee in the room. The restaurant staff especially Louise has impeccable hospitality and made every meal feel special.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The bathroom in particular was clean and modern, which made the stay comfortable. The room itself was quite basic and didn’t offer many extra amenities, so overall the hotel felt more like a practical city hotel than a comfortable or upscale one. In addition, the room felt significantly smaller than the size stated in the hotel’s description and on Booking.com, which was disappointing and made the room feel quite cramped. We also didn’t really like the location. Although it is very central, the surrounding streets were extremely busy with tourists and felt quite dirty. The area was crowded and noisy, which made the location less pleasant than we expected.

Excellent location and the family room was two rooms with one main door then inside two doors to each bedroom. Staff were great and they even gave us beach towels. Elevators are small in Spain but they had 2 and the 4 of us could fit on 1.

The room's excellent soundproofing, central location, and excellent daily room cleaning. If you want to indulge in the excellent breakfast, it costs €20 per person, but it's well worth the money.

The location and the upgraded rooms. The breakfast was lovely. Could have put some tea and coffee for guests.

The staff was amazing. The room was very comfortable. Perfect for sleeping. The fridge was very week so anything left in it was not particularly cold. Bathroom could use better hangers. Other than that, we were most happy with our stay. Thank you!
