Hotel ILUNION Auditori

The staff is absolutely fantastic Extremely helpful and accommodating The pool and the towels smelt like mould Our first room was really dirty and looked nothing like the photos They then changed our room and it was perfect If it started like that I would not have anything bad to say expect the area isn’t the the best when it comes to being out at night

The hotel also has a small gym and a rooftop pool, which is a nice feature. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to use the pool because I spent most of my time sightseeing and exploring the city. Overall, it was a good stay with a convenient location and nice amenities.

The location was great, very close to the Arc de Triomf, close to the subway too, but not very loud. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best ones I've had in a hotel. The size of the room was decent, and it was cleaned every day when we stayed there. We also requested a late check out and they had no problem with it and explaining how it worked. They have a small fitness area with towels available, and a pool that was very warm, I wish I used it more though. The only but is that humidity in Barcelona was quite high, so the bedding and the pillows were kind of humid as well, but other than that, the stay was great!

Great, kind and helpful stuff! Good breakfast - fruits, hamon, warm dishes, yogurt, etc. a better than on the pictures. Room view was into the inner yard, a bit dark, but very quiet. Good value for money. Room is OK for 3* Hotel. I would make a socket for the kettle in minibar area and it would be great to add a bit light, especially in the rooms with inner yard view.

People at front desk not friendly at all and shower there’s only one shower glass door which is very dangerous to take a shower!!!

The room is a little small

I didn’t have breakfast included. I thought the location was very good, the room was clean, I felt safe, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Tv didn’t work.

Staff, room was good size, nice breakfast. Excellent location with supermarkets, bars, restaurants around the Arc de Trlomf Metro Station. Buses pass closeby. The staff brought a muffin with a candle to celebrate my son’s birthday. We got stuck in the elevator on our first day for about 10 mins, the hotel manager was so polite, she sent us drinks and shampoo/soap with bathrobes and slippers. The room had a refrigerator and kettle with coffee/tea stock every day. There was a Nespresso machine as well. There is no generator at the hotel in case power goes off. Breakfast room is a bit small. (We ate early but I saw the crowded hall later).

Staff was great and the location was ideal for local eats and shopping.

The pool is not clean at all... The room doesnt feel clean

Good location near the bus station. No complimentary water in room. When paying this much I would expect it. Cleaning attendant comes in room before checking out. It today’s world of technology you would think this hotel is able to communicate properly of when guests leave for cleaning.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful in offering suggestions for things to do in the area. They are able to get tickets for attractions delivered to the hotel which was very convenient!!! The breakfast wasn't great with a limited selection of options. More fresh fruit would have been nice as well. Location is great, everything was walkable. A nice cafe with great coffee and great pastries is across the street and another one down the street with great sandwiches and coffee as well.

Things were good

Was in safe neighborhood and pretty central. Barcelona is expensive and for the hotel it was a little pricey.

Great location, good access to buses, walking to outstanding tourists places. The included breakfast was excellent. The staff was great. The rooms were not completely sound proof.

The location was good. Beds and pillows were great. Spacious bathroom. The kettle in the room was a nice touch. Great sushi restaurant nearby We did not like the interior view (of the other rooms) and the excessive amount of air fresheners being used in the hotel lobby and rooms.

Very responsive and accountable staff members, in particular Arian, Nice breakfast set up. Good location. Towels and bedding were overused and overwashed. Maybe it is the time to change them. Water fountain in main floor was often empty. Too pricy for the quality.

I choose Ilunion Auditori fôr the location, as it’s very close to where I had to do some business. They are very central, close to the north buss terminal, to the metro, the arch of triumph, the Sagrada Família, etc. The was the perfect choice, I enjoyed all their facilities, and the staff was wonderful.
