Hotel Raval House

2 when I arrived the receptionist gave me my room then I checked the room was very small no balcony no view then I asked her after few minutes to change my room then she refused and insisted refusing by not good way with bad attitude and she asked me to check the room to can decide change the room or not and her fake excuse that I used the toilet so she can’t change it ( she saw tissue in the basket) this her reason to not change my room

The service was good. I was able to leave my bags at the hotel before check-in. The room was clean. They cleaned the room almost every day. The breakfast was nice, with consistent quality. The location isn't too bad as others would say, just don't stay out too late. Nothing. All the basic needs were met.

Everything was perfect it was very central location.

No Kleenex, no body cream dispensers for products have bad springs and short delivery arms

super clean and comfortable there is literally no place you can work at the hotel, the rooms don’t have a table and at the lobby there are only sofas and a bar. also the swimming pool was closed and i was expecting it from the booking, i think it should be written in the description

the quality of service was poor. breakfast was not any good and for such price, was nothing. the area of the hotel was horrible! I didn't feel safe to go out in evenings and nights. window was useless and you have to colse the curtains, because in less than three meters, the other side of street, lots of men staying and looking all around ??

Very nice modern hotel. The room was spacious, very nice and clean. Air conditioner was very good. Breakfast was okay. Hotel staff were very nice and let us leave our luggage when we arrived early. Close to multiple metro stations (5-10 mins walk depending on station). Close to Boqueria market and La Rambla. Location is in a neighborhood that is a little not comfortable for someone to walk alone. The main street that the hotel is in is well lit so if you make sure to only walk on main streets, it is fine. However, the hotel itself is very safe and comfortable. They have a security guard always standing at the door at night and not anyone can enter the hotel. Even the hotel elevator works only by key.

I loved everything about the breakfast especially the baked bread The only thing I didn't like was that the volume of the Television was so low you could not hear it I called down to reception and was told that the volume was set to that volume I said but you can't hear a thing the house keeping lady came in and called reception and they told her the same thing so we were unable to watch TV the days we were there at Ravel house

The hotel was renewed and clean and the breakfast was very good. The ramblas were being renewed and everything around the gothic neighborhood was a mess. So that makes my experience different and a little worse than the other times i’ve been in Barcelona.

Carlos was absolutely wonderful and provided a wonderful breakfast each morning. The beds were comfortable and it was a quaint Mediterranean accommodation enjoyed it very much It was not the easiest place to get to on foot with luggage

Poor noise insulation. You can hear neighboring rooms and the first night the guests next to us were extremely noisy.

Location, modern decor, safe & very clean, excellent breakfast selection. There were two metro stations within a few blocks and the central market was steps away. Vibrant neighborhood.

Very poor soundproofing, noise carries strongly—extremely noisy. The street where the hotel is located doesn’t feel very safe, a rather questionable area. However, if you walk a bit away, there are many tourist spots nearby, including the metro, the beach, and a market.

Breakfast was excellent and appreciated. The room was comfortable and cozy. Loved the rooftop. Proximity to the Mercat and all the public transportation. I really thought it was great.
