The hotel was more than what I expected, very clean and staff was helpful Everything was great

Comfortable, clean rooms. Really nice shower and bathroom. Fabulous breakfast buffet (and other meals too). Staff at the desk were helpful— booking us taxis, holding our luggage. Would highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to several restaurants and nearest metro station. Underground parking garage.

The hotel is very nice, with clean, comfortable rooms, and a friendly cafe where they serve breakfast (not included in room fare), coffee and evening drinks and tapas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite mistakes. I should have given lower rates to staff if they were less friendly and not so ready to correct their mistakes! First, they gave us the wrong rooms but then we got to choose! The receptionist made the wrong bill, as well as the restaurant- but then they apologized and corrected. My piece of advice is check your bills. Mistakes didn’t seem to be intentional.

Great hotel, great staff. Conveniently located. Nice rooms with a very good restaurant and bar in the hotel with beautiful and relaxing ambience with seating indoors and outdoors. The air conditioning unit was inconsistent, the first two days it was too hot in the room no matter what temp was set. Last two days it was too cold.

Very friendly staff, clean, bright, comfortable beds, nice bar, cosy, not loud. The outdoor area is lovely. This was my third stay at this hotel and there's a reason for it. I highly recommend it. The breakfast wasn't refilled enough so if I came in 30 minutes before it ended some items were finished and they weren't refilled

The staff was all very friendly and understood English very well. No places to eat near by, bought snacks from super market instead of having supper because of lack of restaurants near hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work and the time got warm at night.

The room was absolutely amazing and comfortable even if I chose a small one. It was really silent and perfect for good sleep! The bathroom is also very nice and big. The bar and the open air terrace best place to date with friends!!!!

It was a very clean and pretty place to stay in. There was a free small water bottle every day, which was cute. We also got free slippers at the reception. Bathrooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good, there were warm foods as well (eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, sometimes even fried rice). The young man who worked the evening shifts at the reception was great and eager to help us with anything we needed. The other staff members seemed more reserved, but no offense taken. A lot of sights were in walking distance, especially Park Güell which was up the hill, but if you chose to walk via Trav de Dalt it was less steep and there were partly escalators to make it easier. As a family with elderly people and a 5 year old kid we also walked to Casa Batllo, Sagrada Familia and even Park Ciutadella, however that kind of walking is not for everyone for sure. Public transport and lots of small convenience stores were nearby. We had booked two rooms of the same category and both rooms were wonderful. One room was kind of small. It had no real closet space, just a couple of hangers. In both rooms we had to lay out the opened suitcases on the sofa, otherwise it would have been impossible to walk. A bunch of pillows took up more space as well, but we understood that some are decoration and some are to have more options to choose from.

I tried the safe out twice before locking our passports and computer inside, but it still didn't work when I tried to open it later. I went down to the front desk to ask for a manager to come and unlock it, expecting a complicated process, so when a maid came out of the room across the hall and opened it in 5 seconds, I was less than impressed with the value of such a safe. Overall, the staff was polite and efficient. The breakfast is way overpriced and very substandard. The hot food and the cold food were both lukewarm. The scrambled eggs were gone when we arrived at 9:30, and we had to ask for more to be made. It took over 1/2 hour for more to arrive. When they finally did, they were cold and runny. The orange juice tastes artificial and the fruit doesn't look anything like you see in the fruit market a hundred meters away. There's a dozen bakeries and cafes within a 2 to 5 minute walk that are all real Barcelona and have great food for a fraction of the price. Do that instead.

I could hear the noise of chairs being moved on the floor above. They really should have put protectors on the legs—it's far too noisy and quite annoying.

It was clean and in a nice neighborhood. A 4 Minute walk to the metro. The ironing board was sub par and 2 days in a row our room code did not work.

The breakfast was nice. The hotel staff at the front desk were exceptional!

I wish there was more to choose from when deciding what to eat at the restaurant. I was expecting real food not just sandwiches or salads. The waitress was great!

Very comfortable beds and location was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was a big letdown and ended very early for being December 25th… parking was very expensive (28€/day) and we didn’t realize it wasn’t included in the original price (we had 1 car and two rooms). Rooms were on the small side, we had a double and a 2 twin bed and there was 10 cm between the beds
