Just overall a very nice experience. Family room was nice and spacious, breakfast amazing, staff friendly, 10 mins walk from the beach. You had to pay for the spa!

Great hotel, great services, everything you need to have as a family with kids. Many thanks to the personel, especially to Alexandra - who made everything for us to have a perfect staying (last minute tickets found for Sagrada Familia, luggage received via national post office from other town). It was a pleasure to find such incredible rooms - with separate space for children and adults. The pool opening from 9-21 was a great asset and cooling option in a torride cytibreak

Great location, close to the metro and within walking distance of the beach. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy. We especially appreciated how well the room is designed for people with different schedules. There is a solid door between the bedroom and the hallway/bathroom area, so if one person wants to sleep longer, the other can take a shower and get ready without disturbing them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every request was met with a smile, and they were always ready to help. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfasts are delicious with a great variety of options. We also visited the spa and had an amazing massage. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

It was my second time in this hotel (i was there a year ago) and I was very happy with the stay. I booked a suite with halb pension and that was just great. The rooms have enough space, they were clean and well equipped. The stuff was very friendly and they tried to help us with everything. The breakfast was a standard buffet, but dinner was a three course menu with a huge offer to choose from. The portions were really big and the food tasted really delicious. With such a wide offer you can eat every day something different even if you stay 5 or more days. The wellness has also a lot to offer and it is big enough that it is not overcrowded. We went to a Party in Razzmatazz, which is around the corner and the beach is ca 15 minutes by walk. There is also a tram reachable by foot. In the area there is not really much happening, so if you are looking for a night life, you have to travel a bit. Also grocery stores are not that close, but still reachable by walking. Overall I really enjoyed the stay much and I know already now, that i will choose this hotel next year as well. The breakfast offer was much more limitted than last year and every day was the same. A little bit outdated wellness area (but I was informed that they will renovate it soon). The closest bus or metro stop is quite far away (10-15 minutes walk).
