Proximity Shower divider was off. Water from the shower would leak onto the mdf floor.

The location was great. 30 minute or less walk to Sagrada Família, Parc Guell and Plaça Catalunya. Very nice grocery store a few doors away. The outdoor terrace on the 9th floor was a lovely place to relax and meet fellow travelers No refrigerator or tea kettle in the too

We could not understand why this hotel is rated with only 2 stars, since it was amazing! We had a newly renovated room, that was great, but honestly, judging from the photos, the old ones look great as well. The room was very big, modern, good taste, had a huge bathroom, it was extremely clean and well put together. I honestly was amazed by everything. The location is also great, we stayed on the back of the hotel so it was very quiet and nice. Didn't have breakfast, but coffee and water were free of charge. Very nice staff, a big 10 for the design, as well. Subway at 5 minutes away on foot, buses, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, all very close by. Wonderful stay, would come here again for sure!

Close to the metro, and access to so many attractions. The room had a single bed, which was all I needed. Breakfast was very good. Sparkling, still or hot water available 24/7, and to fill water bottles (and they sold reusable water bottles!). Staff were very helpful in their suggestions of great places to eat. The staff may not have been responsible, but I asked them to call a taxi, and when it arrived, the driver charged me for the time of travel to reach the hotel.

Location and the breakfast was amazing. Cleaning was amazing. Very well welcoming and goodbye There could have been more items in the room, like a toothbrush, slippers.

supermarket near by only one tiny elevator serving the entire hotel guests. staff was late everyday in cleaning the room so we would come back around 16:00 to rest a bit and the room would still be not serviced and no clean towels.
