Was amazing stay, super clean hotel, very friendly and cooperative staff specillay Eva at the reception, Good location near to alot of places and supermarkets and restaurants The room is not soundproof you can hear the car in the streets, your neighbours, the cleaners, a bit noisy for the light sleepers

The beds are amazing and the room looked very clean. I like how the walls had a painting thing that isn’t a overkill. Every good so far. The only odd thing I found was that there only half of a shower wall thing so if the shower head not position correctly water can seep outside the bathroom. But overall I am satisfied with the visit.

The jacuzzi tub looked promising but didn’t work. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Very clean and convenient. Excellent breakfast When we arrived at the hotel after having pre-registered the day before, we learned that the reservation was CANCELLED. Don’t know how or by whom. They sent us to another hotel but couldn’t register because Mercure couldn’t pay upfront bill. Mercure finally’found’ upgraded room and saved the situation. Took 2.5 hours and pulling luggage from hotel to hotel. Their system sucks.

Located in a lovely suburb with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants, and just two metro stops away from the centre, with a station on the doorstep. The rooms are spacious and the shower is amazing. The gentlemen who hosted breakfast was delightful- attentive, efficient and very friendly. The reception staff were generally unfriendly, although one did assist with our luggage storage on departure day. The hotel advertises a sun terrace, but doesn’t have one, and when we asked about it, the staff were very defensive. The facilities at the hotel are very poor and limited, not what one would expect from a Mercure 4*. Whilst the room was cleaned every day, the maids didn’t replenish toilet rolls, which meant we had to go to reception and ask for them.
