We booked this hotel at the last minute due to a poor experience at an AirBnb and we couldn't be more thankful for the exceptional service at this property. A big thank you to Edgar who answered questions before we checked in, to Kim for a warm welcome and easy early luggage drop off (we brought groceries and they even let us keep it in the refrigerator before we checked in!), and to Ricky who helped us check in and answered all of our questions. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel is located is in a safe, walkable neighborhood that has many restaurants, supermarkets, and metro stops nearby. Would highly recommend!

Great location Hot tub didn’t look too clean after guests had used it the evening before. Recommend cleanliness inspection before pool area open to guests.

Washbasin were very high and uncomfortable to use. Shower mixer was not good and need repair or replacement.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean enough. Front desk staff was friendly. The room could use some renovations. First time in a hotel where you have to ask front desk for amenities.
