It is stylish, different, quiet and very comfortable and clean. Perfect to rest and recharge. Very pleasant stay Nothing, there is not much sunlight in the property

The location of the hotel is perfect, in a quiet road but still close from the Metro station and the busy areas by walk. The breakfast was very good and has good options, the bed was VERY comfortable, AC was perfect and the room was very quiet and very clean. There were ants in the room which I did not report as they are small and i'm not bothered by them. The gym was too small but I still used it, could benefit from making it slightly bigger.

Nothing تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت كارثية بكل المقاييس، ولا أنصح أي سائح عربي أو خليجي بالاقتراب منه. الفندق يحمل تصنيف 4 نجوم زوراً، وفي الواقع حتى "نصف نجمة" تعتبر تقييماً مبالغاً فيه! إليكم تفاصيل هذه التجربة السيئة: عنصرية فجّة وازدواجية في المعايير: منذ لحظة وصولنا، لاحظنا تفرقة واضحة في التعامل. موظف الاستقبال كان يوزع ابتساماته وترحيبه على السياح من الجنسيات الأخرى، بينما يتعامل معنا بجفاف وتعالٍ واضح وصريح دون أي مبرر سوى أننا عرب ومسلمون. خدمات رديئة وأسلوب مستفز: أبسط البديهيات في عالم الفنادق غير متوفرة. عندما طلبنا فرشاة أسنان، قوبلنا بالرفض بأسلوب مستفز بحجة أن النظام يسمح بـ "فرشاة واحدة فقط طوال الأسبوع"! وعند مناقشة الموظف، أخذ يتحدث وكأنه يتفضل علينا من ماله الخاص، متناسياً أننا دافعون لقيمة هذه الخدمات الأساسية. بيئة غير صحية: الفندق مليء بالبعوض بشكل لا يطاق، مما سلبنا الراحة وتسبب لنا بقرصات مزعجة طوال فترة الإقامة. تزوير ومحاولة احتيال علنية: الطامة الكبرى كانت عند تسجيل الخروج (Checkout). تفاجأنا بإضافة رسوم "إفطار" وهمية على غرفة والدتي. وعندما طلبنا الإثبات، أظهروا لنا إيصالاً يحمل توقيعاً مزوراً باللغة الإنجليزية! والمضحك المبكي أن والدتي لا تجيد التوقيع بالإنجليزية أساساً. انعدام المهنية والتهرب من المسؤولية: عندما حاصرناهم بالحقائق وكشفنا التزوير، بدأ الموظف يتلوى ويتهرب، في محاولة بائسة لاستغلالنا مادياً لاعتقاده أن السائح الخليجي صيد سهل. وفي النهاية، قام بإلغاء المبلغ دون أن يملك شجاعة الاعتذار أو الاعتراف بالخطأ، بل تصرف وكأنه يقدم لنا معروفاً كريماً! نصيحة أخيرة: هذا الفندق يفتقر لأدنى درجات النزاهة والاحترام. احذروا من الوقوع في فخ هذا المكان الاستغلالي، فكرامتكم وراحتكم أهم من تضييع أموالكم في فندق لا يحترم ضيوفه. My experience at this hotel was an absolute disaster, and I strongly advise everyone—especially Arab and Gulf tourists—to avoid it at all costs. They falsely claim to be a 4-star hotel, but in reality, giving them even "half a star" would be a massive overstatement.

The staff were AMAZING and SUPER FRIENDLY! They greet you every time with a smile! They’d help with whatever you need. Thank you guys! All were perfect!!!

Modern, nice, clean and very good location.

Great location - Eixample is a clean neighbourhood with wide sidewalks and many delightful sidewalk cafes. It was wonderful to walk out of the hotel to see the towers of La Sagrada Família. This famous basilica was an easy walk, as was Casa Batlo, Casa Milo (La Pedera) and Passeig de Gràcia. Even Parc Guell and the Old Gothic Quarter were within walking distance. Subway stations were also nearby making it easy travel to Montjuic and Barceloneta Beach. Friendly Staff - we were always a pleasantly acknowledged when coming or going, and the staff were helpful in answering questions. We appreciated their ability to communicate in English, as we know very little Spanish I had booked a room with a balcony hoping to be able to sit outside and enjoy the city view, but our balcony was in a walled off area. Not having any windows with direct access to fresh air was disappointing.

The staff were warm and welcoming! Location was in the center of everything. The hotel also was stunning and had its own creative flair! We are avid gym goers and were expecting a larger fitness center. It only consisted of some cardio equipment and a small set of free weights. However, it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again!

Hotel facilities were good When I checked in, the front desk already confirmed me I had prepaid my stays and only needed to pay the taxes, which I paid at the counter then. But at the last night, I found they charged my credit card again for all my 3 nights. That turned my feeling about this hotel from good to bad. I had to spent times to deal with that with the hotel staff.

Location, comfortable beds, quietness

Only the location and friendly staff that made an effort to communicate in English. How beaten up it is. The lack of cleanliness. The maids have no regard for guest sleeping. Doors banging every morning as the go from room to room. They dont vacuum The hall way black carpet daily. The money we paid for this hotel does not equal the property. Fridge broken. No change because it takes long to order. Room offered to move but attending a wedding at 66,67 no way we felt to lug all our stuff to another floor. Wall dirty broken drawers. Broken Electrical fixtures. The positive. Great shower. But not properly cleaned. And bathroom falling apart. Great closet space. Nice lighting. Iron that works. I felt like I was in a room with dirty walls. Not cool at the price we paid. We didn’t ask for compensation cause we checked out to run to a wedding. But really wanted to ask for compensation. It was at best 3 stars. If.

Beautiful rooms and a nice court yard. Wonderful location. Staff were very helpful as well.

Location was great! Very quiet area with clean rooms and proper lighting. The staff was not attentive. Worse staff for in my about 20 hotels across Spain. There was only one young man I will give 5 stars at check-in ! The regular rooms have soluble powder coffee to use with hot water. Only the Suites get a coffee pot, I was told. Staff not helpful at all. We stayed 3 nights at about 260 Euros a night. Will not stay again and not recommend

The location of this property is excellent. A hearty breakfast buffet as well. Staff were very helpful.

There was not enough closet space in the room.

The room was nice. In a great area. Super walkable and a 15 min walk from Sagrada Família The bed was not comfortable. The receptionist Silvia was so freaking rude. All the other staff was great but Silvia, extremely rude and should maybe look into another career if she can’t provide at the very least good customer service.

The room and bed were large and comfortable. Having the terrace was wonderful! My husband particularly liked the fitness center. Yes, it is very small, but it did the job, and they are hard to find at all. The location was ideal for walking around Barcelona. The hallways are oddly dark. That seems intentional, setting a mood, perhaps? But the room was quite bright, so really not a problem.

the room was great, the breakfast was ok, nothing really special, but the staff were lovely and great. they also let you leave the suitcases in the hotel if you have a late flight. the location is the real star of the show! Sometimes it was a little noisy due to vehicle traffic, but it didn't detract from the hotel experience.

Location is superb, excellent value for the money. The moment you walk out, you can see the top of Sagrada Familia, and you are two blocks away from the main street. You are surrounded by amazing cafes and blocks that you can stroll around for days. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Beds being two separate single beds and them moving during the night while sleeping was a pain. The iron was leaking water and had a malfunction unfortunately, but we got by!
