The location of the property was great. The pool bar was not opening/ functioning.

The knowledge of the staff (particularly Rachel) her local knowledge and sharing of cultural was fantastic. Rachel directed us to a little restaurant 77 Kilos, the food and service was first rate. The refreshing minted water was welcomed. There are comfortable places to sit in the reception area. The supplied bathroom toiletries were luxurious. The pool was extremely intermittent when there were more than 4 people in it, it was more like being in a spa without bubbles. We were expecting a pool that we didn't need to kneel down in to get wet. It would have been appreciated if the bar had been open.

Convient The pool is so small and 0,9m deep, it should not be called “pool” , maybe puddle, or bathtub

The property was very well located with a short walk to center of Barcelona, plenty of restaurants around for eating! The room was comfortable and there was friendly welcome! There was a funky smell in the room, however i mentioned to reception and they had the smell looked at! The documents could be requested for each guest prior to arriving using an online check in- it would just speed up the check in at the property, but not a big issue!
