Every thing is perfect

Great location in Barcelona close to the Opera House and lots of shopping. Friendly staff, very clean room, and excellent cafe with fantastic espresso and breakfast. A laundry area would be helpful.

Rooms were clean. Staff was knocking on our door at 11:15AM and 11:45AM asking us to leave despite check out being at 12PM. The door to enter the hotel was locked at 9PM the previous night and we were waiting outside in the street until a staff member eventually came to open the doors. The bathroom conditioner was poor quality.

The one complaint is that the doors are loud when closing them. Can get a bit noisy if people are coming in at late hours.

Great location. Clean. Newer facilities. Room cleaned/refreshed every day. Quiet at night. Staff always available. Small cafe downstairs provides breakfast, pastry, drinks. Nothing to complain about.

Really great little hotel. Ideally located in the Gothic Quarter/off La Ramblas but if we return to Barcelona I think we would opt to stay in a different neighborhood. Stylish, very clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff. Great coffee in the cafe. Neighborhood was too touristy for us (our fault, we didn’t research beforehand) but the hotel is still ideally located to see sights like the cathedral, city history museum, etc. Great walking but can be loud at night.

Extreme responsiveness of the team and managament of the hotel, because in the midst of the middle east crisis they were extremely responsive for our needs. All good.

Didn’t like anything. I had to leave it was horribly smelly I was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was shocked by the condition of the property. There was a strong, unpleasant smell, and the overall environment was unclean and unwelcoming. I had to leave immediately, as it was completely unacceptable. This establishment does not meet even the basic standards of a motel, let alone those of a 3-star hotel.

The shower was plugged up slow water . I sent emails about it first day . I exolinedcserms like cleaning crew would have noticed water was slow to go down . Got excuses things like this happens just like my home. I arrived late first day in the morning I noticed that there was mold on the curtains like maybe room had flooded or something . I did take pictures sent a message to booking.com to property they didn’t even care to respond that the curtains were molded on the bottom . I did send an email to bookings.com and complaint to by pillow still no responses. This is 4 days later and decided to write this review. Do not steal here . It’s outdated and no commutation to the cold complaint as of yesterday or apology or refunded partial discount. Do not stay here it’s a dump.

Budget hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Very close to the Ramblas. Extremely crowded area - tourists, teens, vagrants, police - a little too much going on.
