Great location, clean and presentable hotel. Nice rooftop views. Nice rooms though Some staff can be grumpy but overall decent. Could do with a couple of bottles of complimentary water.

We did like the location and the hotel, everything was perfect. They did a great job and took care of my family. It was my wife’s birthday and they’ve sent us champagne and a cake in the room, they even accepted to keep a special cake that i bought into their fridge at kitchen to keep it cool until we surprised my wife at the dinner for her birthday. Absolutely amazing, and i need to give the credit to the person from the bar/restaurant - silly me i forgot his name - but he did an amazing service for our entire stay and he was making us feel very good in our vacation in Barcelona. We’ll definitely come back! -

Receptionist Mateo was wonderfully kind and helpful helping us book a tuk tuk trip - great customer service! The underground car park is a very stressful experience getting in and out. The access ramp and spaces are far too small for current size cars and getting up the final ramp to the exit in our normal medium size SUV was nearly impossible and left me literally shaking for 10 mins!

The room was very spacious and nicely laid out with a lovely balcony. Also, couldn't hear outside the rooms which was convenient for sleep. The pool was small and very crowded. There also wasn't many sunbeds or places to sit around the pool.

The bedroom was super comfortable with great air conditioning for the hot summer days. Our room was cleaned every day by the staff and we always came back to a fresh room. The reception and gastrobar staff were also very friendly and made us feel super welcome. N/A

The service was overall very disappointing and unfriendly. During check-in, the staff member repeatedly answered the phone while we were waiting, leaving us standing there for around 10 minutes. His colleague, who was free, simply looked at us without offering any help. The lady at the breakfast buffet was also extremely irritated and unfriendly. The only exception was the pool bar upstairs, where the service was excellent, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, this was the only positive service experience during our stay

Breakfast was excellent and good facilities such as pool & gym. Location - was outside the main tourist spots, so had to get taxis every day.
