The location. I stayed at this hotel expecting a premium experience, especially since I booked a suite with access to the upper-level pool. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this category. Upon arrival, I found that the bed cover was not clean, which was a very poor first impression and raised concerns about the room’s cleanliness and attention to detail. Several basic services and amenities were also missing or poorly handled. The tools of the hair dryer were not available in the room, and when I contacted room service, I was told that there were no additional hair dryers available in the entire hotel. There were also no tissues in the room, only toilet paper, and the room service team seemed surprised when I asked for tissues. No cups or spoons in the room as well! The upper-level pool experience was also disappointing. Although I had access as a suite guest, the finger food provided was of very poor quality and appeared to be leftover items rather than freshly prepared. When I asked to order food, I was told that I could not bring food to the upper level and had to leave, eat outside, and then return. On my first day, my access bracelet for the upper-level pool was not working. I went to reception, and although I was told it should have been activated, it took around 30 minutes to resolve. The shower room light was also not working, and despite contacting room service several times, no one fixed it. I had to use my mobile phone flashlight just to use the shower. There was also poor communication regarding the dress policy. On the first day, I was allowed to be topless in the breakfast area (terrace), but on the second day, I was asked to leave and put something on. I had to return to my room and lost around 15 minutes because of this inconsistency. On the checkout day, I requested a late checkout, considering that I arrived at the hotel very late on my first night (around midnight).

The staff were exceptional in every respect, including their command of English. They handled all our needs, especially getting transport promptly for a group of 9. Also pre arrival communication was outstanding. Pricing could have been better for comparable hotels.

Everything! Staff was nice, it was very clean and beautifully designed, breakfasts were good, and the room was really comfortable. Wish the pool and roof deck was open until 10pm.

Location was great Room size was alright Luggage staff was very helpful The lighting of the room was terrible as there was no lights on the wall just basic lamps on the side that you couldn’t see anything in your room at night which made it impossible. Cloudy days were also a nightmare . We had a family room as well and one of the kids rooms had a makeshift window was faced the shaft wall hence no sunlight into the room day ir night. It was terrible. Breakfast was very basic and not representative of the expensive price for the hotel. We celebrated a bday and I asked the staff just for a candle at breakfast and was told the entire hotel had run out ! They only give you one bottle of water at check in and don’t refill that water again in your room so be aware.

I loved the location and the decor very nicely decorated and impressive as you enter. The staff was very helpful and assisted me with calling a taxi when needed. I loved the size of the room and the closet. I was able to unpack my things as I was staying a while. I loved that they have robes and slippers as well. This was a solo birthday trip and I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. Highly recommend! Nothing

Close to everything from the shopping to the stores. The room itself was very clean and high end with the ac working great!

The room is really horrible…No light at all and so small. I stayed at similar priced hotels in Barcelona and they had much nicer rooms and views. It was dissapointing honestly; I wouldn’t imagine someone can stay longer than 1 night in that room. It was the superior room.

Every thing. The employees went out of their way they could not do enough to accommodate us. We felt like friends when we left. We loved everything about the hotel.

The wi-fi was having issues during our stay, that isnour only complaint.

Room was excellent. I loved the design of the hotel's common areas and the room itself. Very convenient location in the heart of the Eixample. Easy access to public transportation. The gym is small, but has enough equipment to have a good workout.

Lady on reception was rude without any reason but guy was quite friendly.

It was in a great location - near a metro station and walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. It was clean, friendly staff and good amenities
