Everything, location is convenient Nothing

The location is good and the bed is very comfortable. The cleaning ladies start working at 8h and while on vacations I don’t want to be woken up by noise like vacuum cleaners and them talking.

The location is excellent! Brake fast very good and the staff is outstanding The bar has no options for food, os not nice and has a limited open time

Great location, spacious rooms, decent gym A little dated, rooms and furnishings show wear and tear. We had the Jr. Suite on the 10th floor right above the gym and deck area. Noise from people on the deck at all hours of the night was frustrating. After three nights of complaining, we were moved up to the 13th floor which was a lot better.

Centrally located Small beds next to each other was the equivalent of a queen size bed

Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Location and all at the hotel excelent. Breakfast very good the staff attending us with such a pleasure and heart in making start the day right, Charo, Carlos and Javier were fantastic , many many thanks for them All was very good

Was told we were gonna get a king bed and instead got a room with two twins pushed together. They also weren’t ready for us by 3 PM. Overpriced, with fees it ended up being almost $300 a night. Beds are hard and walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors do or say. Balcony faces away from the sun.

Good location and the staff are very kind. Some rooms are really noise, with windows for the avenue.

I liked the location, everything that was needed was in walking distance.

I really liked the location & how there was a hair dryer. Their water pressure was amazing too. As an American who gets heat strokes very easily, air conditioning was very important to me which is why I chose this place. I knew before coming to europe that the AC units are very different from Americans,but our room was marketed for AC. However, it did NOT have an AC in the room and I had to sleep with all the windows open ,so it was really noisy at night. When I called the first day, they confirmed there was no AC. Do not market this hotel for AC when it does NOT have AC. It also does not have a microwave which was a bummer.

very good hotel at a good location

We had a junior suite and it was very comfortable The bathroom and shower were great. The breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of pastries and made to order eggs. With a great staff, wonderful facilities, and an excellent location, this is a great choice for a vacation in Barcelona. Small elevators.

Great location! Staff was nice and rooms were clean. The facilities and amenities are not what is expected from a 4 star hotel. From the lobby to the room it’s not well maintained or updated. Although the rooms are clean the peeling wallpaper, clogged drains and dated furniture makes the facilities feel worn.

Great hotel, I recommend it and you won't regret staying here No comments
