Location and concierge Nothing

98% of the employees were kind, friendly and very helpful. We got there early before our room was ready and they gladly took our luggage to store and we went off and toured the city. It was a great location for shopping. They have a very nice buffet breakfast. I booked 2 twin beds on booking.com and when I got there we were put in a room with one king bed. When I asked the gentleman at the desk regarding this he basically said "nothing is guaranteed." When I asked him about getting bottled water, he said to order room service and pay for it. I then went up to the roof top bar and asked the hostess and she said oh no just push "9" on your phone and they will bring it to you for free. Our first night, there was a street/block party, so the music was blaring until 10pm, luckily it was only for Saturday night. Our balcony door was not closed 100% of the way, so noise was more noticeable and the room got warm.

The location is excellent and the bars were really nice I didn’t like that they didn’t give us access to the terrace unless we specifically requested it, which I had to do 3 times before someone came up to provide the key.

It was beautiful! The staff incredible. Very clean and well stocked. It was a lovely stay. Very central to things around!

Very dated Not value for the price

Location, pictures were way nicer than the actual location.

The location, the staff, the terrace, the food. Air conditioning in our room never worked properly during our weeklong stay. The shower was an improvised, and incomplete installation. There were no bedside tables.

Beautiful exterior and impressive cafe/bar/restaurant on ground floor. Roof terrace was exceptional with lovely staff who made it a fantastic experience! Roadworks outside were disappointing - one of those things that can’t be helped but was a surprise and hadn’t been notified about. We had the family room(s) and hadn’t expected rooms to face a wall. Didn’t help that we arrived about 4pm so rooms were really dark as sun had moved to the other side. Last time we’d stayed we had the same room type but on a higher floor so these rooms compared very poorly :( I would expect to pay less for rooms with no view. Pool should be described as a plunge pool, tiny. A few house keeping issues - shower head can’t be directed down the way which presents a challenge, socket off the wall, knob for volume missing in one of the bathrooms

Great pillows, great brekafast, Bellman were awesome and reception staff very nice. Housekeeping staff very good. Roof top bar was awesome adn staff there very good, Expecially Neibeth, Melanie, Roger, HEctor. Furniture in the room was old and beat up, scratched and dented, Doors didn't close by minibar, marble falling off wall of tub, Towel rack on the sink almost off. Also would be expecting double sink in a $600/night hotel.

My room faced a side street with a children's daycare, so each morning was very loud with kids yelling and waking me up. I know the hotel has no control over this, but I will definitely request a room in the other side when I come back to stay there.

Perfect location and present staff

location is good, but very loud outside noise on Friday evening disturbed sleep. No controlled air conditioning in the rooms just a universal air conditioning for entire building we were told. We sweated in bed and this caused lack of sleep. Extremely loud outside you can hear from the rooms, and we stayed on 5th floor so this also caused lack of sleep. Semi-rude bell guy questioned me walking in as a guest of the hotel, not bad but he was rude.

My stay at Hotel Casa Fuster was truly phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional-every staff member, from the front door to housekeeping to the kitchen, made us feel welcomed and cared for. I planned this trip as a surprise birthday for my mom and as a way to create new family memories after a difficult year, and it exceeded every expectation. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the warmth and attention we received brought us even closer. I'm especially grateful to Jenny, Rodolfo, and Melanie for their kindness and attentiveness when my mom wasn't feeling well. I also want to thank Leire, Xavier, Melanie, Jun, and Jose for their hospitality, helpful recommendations, and assistance throughout our trip —they truly made my mom's first experience in Barcelona unforgettable. Had a hard time connecting my tv to my phone but otherwise no issues.

The facilities are top notch and the location superb. The staff is unfailingly gracious. I have stayed here many times in the past with no issues but this time was just bad luck I guess. My girlfriend and I just wanted to rest and catch up on sleep after doing the Marathon des Sables Legendary (270k self supported run across the Sahara). However, between the construction noise from the neighboring building, maintenance work in the hotel itself, and noise from the preschool next door this was impossible during the day. I would normally give it a 5 star review but not this time. Until the local construction and maintenance work is completed stay away if you want quiet rest during the day. As well ask for a room not neighboring the school.

The location, staff, and rooms were all great!
-
The location was very central to the sites we wanted to visit. 10 minute walk to Casa Batlló, 20 minute bus ride to Park Güell, 15 minute walk to Sagrada Família. The rooftop pool was very small and appeared to be closed while we were there.
