Clean, minimalist design.

The hotel was excellent with very cozy and clean rooms. Maggie gave us the perfect head start with some great recommendations for local restaurants and nice places to visit.

This hotel is a gem! It is about a 5 minute walk from Placa de Catalunya and Las Ramblas and very near to bus stops and the metro. Because the hotel is built into the back of a building it is soooooo quiet and had incredibly comfy beds. This was just what we were looking for. It had a contemporary feel and was spotlessly clean. There was free filtered water in the gym area which was so handy. Although there weren't coffee facilities in the room there was a very good coffee machine in the public area so you could help yourself. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The only thing I would have liked was a coffee machine in our room, but that is a very tiny moan!

We were having a very difficult time dealing with our lost baggage, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They supported us both during our late-night check-in and at check-out, and even called the airline and the airport on our behalf because we are not confident speaking English. We are truly grateful for everything they did for us. The room was also very clean and charming, and we really appreciated the welcome champagne and coffee. Thanks to the staff’s warm and thoughtful support, we were able to feel at ease despite the trouble with our baggage. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Hotel Omnium!

Was nice and easy to go around cleaners was amazing champagne in the room as complimentary. Coffee and tea area No coffee and tea in the room No mirror the room a girl on holiday need to check out her outfits .

Booked room only therefore knew there wasn’t an option for catering at the hotel. Greeted by very welcoming staff, advised room would be ready until 1500, but advised he would contact if sooner. Left luggage in secure room and started our adventure in the beautiful city of Barcelona. Hotel advised room ready before 1500. Returned to check in, staff had taken our luggage to room and given tour of hotel facilities including common area offering tea/coffee, cakes etc. taken to room and received complimentary bottle of cava and water ( it was my partners birthday so can’t say if the cava is standard). Tour of our room, a very warm welcome. I honestly cannot find fault with our hotel.

The location was perfect! Everywhere was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Bonus points for complimentary bubbles and coffee!

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Modern and with good lighting. The location is unbeatable, close to everything! It’s a little bit confusing to get around, as it has lots of stairs and elevators, but if you don’t care going up & down it’s totally fine! Unfortunately when we checked out, I forgot my phone charger converter plugged in the night table socket and I contacted the hotel the same day and the said they didn’t find it, which is odd because I remember I left it there to pack it at last minute and then I didn’t. Not nice.
