Hotel Praktik Garden

Good location Terrace at level 1 Cold water fountain Weren't greated by the staff. Had to wait for the reception to "end their giggling conversation" before finally checking us in. Toilet paper is a commodity. Funky smell in coridor and room. No fridge in the room.

We can back after a wedding and the hotel was locked it took us a half an hour to get in. We weren’t expecting a hotel to lock up for the night and not tell the guests of a way to contact someone to let them in. The hotel was fine but the price was way over priced for the room/hospitality/facilities (there were none!)

Great location

2 bed are integrated to make 1 big bed and also they are not the having same height. That’s why beds are divided while sleeping. This is uncomfortable.

The room was slightly smaller, and the view was rather dreary, but it was acceptable.

location the room is so small. I have 3 pieces of luggage. and no face to put my clothes and toiletry in the bathroom. I have to put them on the floor. And the shower flood to the floor everywhere.

Convenient locker for early arrival or to hold bags if departure is after check out. Friendly staff and great location A/C barely worked, just enough to survive. When they cleaned the room they knocked earrings off of the side table and we later found them stuffed under the mattress

Easy check in Extremely small room

Clean beds and towels. Really liked access to water fountain for refilling bottles. Liked the neighborhood, felt safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was not working, only had a fan. Not a good room setup for two people because the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom, was instead located in the bedroom.

Great location and lovely decor! My room was a bit outdated and stuffy with a musty smell.

Location Got a little noisy at night when neighborhood neighbors were enjoying their night. Stopped about midnight.

The smell in the lobby and hallway was not pleasant

Very clean budget-friendly accommodations. Nice staff. Well situated.

The staffs are all very nice, friendly and helpful. Also, the location is great close to the center but not too many ppl and even tho we didn’t get to use the metro; it’s also close to a metro station. Not sure if there’s sth wrong with our air conditioning or we just dont know how to use it, but it didnt work so it’s quite hot at night luckily the weather was not so bad so we ended up do not want to bother the staffs (if you ask them they would help for sure!!)

Honestly, the bed wasn't super comfortable. Stiff mattresses and pretty thin pillows - other than that, I had no issues and had a great experience there.

Room was incredibly small. Too small to open a large suitcase even. We ended up putting our two large suitcases out on the terrace space which worked fine, just a bit of a hassle.

Very nice property, very well located. Some places may need some paint, but it is an old location, but very good keep it. Nothing
