Nothing. If you want to avoid the trouble I had to go through, I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel. I booked a reservation under the "pay at property" option. On the morning of my trip to Barcelona, I received an immediate payment request from the hotel. According to Booking.com, I was under no obligation to make this payment because I had specifically chosen the "pay at property" option. While I was on my way to the airport, only three hours before my arrival in Barcelona, the hotel cancelled my reservation and provided the following explanation: "Guaranteed reservations are those paid through Booking.com. Reservations secured only with a credit card are not guaranteed. Since you did not update the terms and conditions, the hotel used the reservation. You booked it through Booking.com, but it was not guaranteed. Unfortunately, your room was canceled today. Best regards." I had made this reservation more than two weeks in advance, yet I was forced to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, just three hours before arriving in Barcelona. To make matters worse, no apology, assistance, or compensation of any kind was offered. I have never experienced anything like this while travelling. This level of customer service is unacceptable and completely ruined my trip.

Only location It smells bad and it looks old even the furniture and stairs and everything

The location was perfect. Right next to the subway station. My stay was too short! I hope I come back again.
-
The aircon was bit short on coldness.

Location. Cleanliness. Staff.

Good location Construction going on
-
The windows could use an upgrade, as the area tends to get quite loud at night. Fortunately, La Rambla was under construction during our stay, so it wasn’t too crowded.
-
The location is very good if you want to be close to the action on Ramblas Very noisy environment. Had to keep the slider closed.

One of the front desk staff members was not helpful. She refused to help us about showing us how the room temperature works.

The property is a bit old

Location is SUPER. We went to an opera right across the street. Market just a little ways away could keep my attention all day.

I didnt have anything I didnt like. My stay eas pretty great. Oh, wash cloths, they are needed. There were just towels.

The location, the ADA accommodation also has a balcony facing the street. We've booked this location twice in 2025, and we will book the accommodation again for two visits in 2026. We contacted the staff in advance, by email, to request assistance pre-arranging 24 hour notice to book the ADA taxi for a scooter/wheelchair, for the trasfer to the airport; this is necessary ! They escorted our 78 year old aunt from the hotel to the taxi at 3AM. We do not have any complaints.

The location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The only downside is that sometimes during the day, the smell from the toilet comes into the room. But overall, I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
-
The location is great The bathroom needs renovation, the r receiving area is so dark.

Everything was fine.

The staff didn’t speak English well and they did not treat me well

Location Tons of construction and road work going on that should have been disclosed.. some taxi drivers wouldn’t take us to our hotel because they didn’t want to deal with the traffic because of the roadwork. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are smaller than cruise ship bathrooms
