Everything was excellent. The hotel has a great location, with metro and bus stops nearby, making it very easy to explore Barcelona. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were completely satisfied with our stay – 10/10. Nothing really. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations.

The location and cleanness and breakfast The reception staff I have a strange answer from the one he did to me check in when he want me to pay the city tax and I told him I payed it through booking and in me confirmation it was payed he insist me to pay and told me return to booking or cancel your booking and search for another hotel although my booking was non refundable

Good location, hotel amenities and hotel staff We found the triple room a little small and with no much space for bags, breakfast that we included in the rate was not possible to enjoy due to the starting time at the hotel and not known at the time of booking (we had to leave for airport before it starts). We had issues with nightlight as it lit a red led bar just behind the bed when all lights were out (impossible to turn it off). No room option with minibar.
