The hostel is in a lively, very pleasant quarter, just at a 7-minute walk from the line metro station L5. From there you can easily reach the Sagrada Família (about 20 minutes), and enjoy Spanish real life, instead of staying in the very city centre, usually overwhelmed with tourists and heavy traffic.

Everything was perfect.The owner of the hotel, the staff, the room was clean and big. Only the location is a bit far from the city center and the beaches.You need to use public transportation or to walk a lot.

The hotel is very well located in a non-tourist neighborhood. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for my short stay. I did not interact with the staff personally but the instructions were very clear for entering and finalizing my reservation. The room and the hotel was so clean that it felt very sterile. The bed was also not very comfortable, and the shower was sufficient but not great.

Location is good, nice staff, option to leave the room card in the box after check-out (if noone is at the reception), room was clean. Someone was smoking somewhere around the room and I could smell that in the room.

room was so clean and comfortable. staff was cooperative, on my arrival they explained everything including wifi passward and main door lock so i wont be in trouble. i forgot my phone charger and they gave me their own. it was very calm there even you could not know there is someone staying next door. location was close to metro stop and was easy to found. only one thing i suffered the most that they did not provide drinking water, it was only a tab in w.rm so obviously i could not drink from that one. I think they can afford to provide water bottle in the money they charged for two days.

The guest down below me had the air conditioning & bathroom van on all night long so I could hear a constant noise the whole night. Guest were making noises slamming doors and the main door. Very noisy altogether.

Excellent location. We arrived to Sants railway station and go by foot to the hotel.Supermarket is nearby. Metro too. Good options for dinner.

Quite location, good costumer service, warm welcome, price and close to the train station (9min by foot). In front of the hotel you have a little supermarket if you get hungry. It closes at 11PM I’ve had a couple of bites on and itchy skin when I lay down on the bed.

Friendless of staff. Good communication. Ease of check-in. Great location. Lots of amenities nearby. What could have been better was longer staffing hours? Morning time check outs could have been bit easier if someone was there at 9:00 am to answer questions, not just for myself but another person who was there.

Awesome location with walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Wonderful, very comfortable king bed in our room. Private patio on ground floor. Decent counter and storage space in bathroom. Likely because of wonderful king size bed and two travelers with lots of luggage, we had to move around room slowly. You get some noise from other rooms. Not loud, but if you're a VERY light sleeper it may wake you if guests come in late.
