Excellent location, beautiful set-up, quiet, clean. The private storage units under the beds are huge. The staff is excellent — friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Abrám and Brenda. They were above and beyond. No elevator, meaning guests staying above street level or storing bags in the locked room in the basement must use stairs.

The staff were very nice. The location is central and close to a subway station. The blanket I was given was recently laundered. There was a bed bug cover on the mattress. The area did not feel safe. It was very expensive for the quality of the rooms. You have little to no privacy including when going to the bathroom or clean places to put your things while brushing your teeth or showering (dorm room). Metal lockers under beds are your only option or a really smelly, moldy locked room in the basement. It takes forever to charge devices using the outlets. The common area in the basement smells and the pillows on the chairs are dirty. It is beside a very loud club that plays music Thursday, Friday, Saturday night. I feel bad for leaving a poor review but at the same time it shouldnt have cost that much.

The beds were nice and had good privacy. There were bathrooms by each dorm so you aren’t sharing with many people and they were regularly surface cleaned which was nice. I had some concerns about a roommate, but they gladly switched my room after I asked which was very nice.

Only negative was with other guests who were very noisy getting ready to go out in the evening from 10 to midnight and coming back at 4 am.

Excellent all the way around except for one major drawback that you can not fix. I could not get a good night's sleep because a couple of my roommates in the 8-bed dorm were obviously in a romantic relationship that I could not help but overhear. They were also in and out of the room (my head was next to the door) numerous times. They were trying to be quiet, but, you know...... I realize that I am a 76-year-old man not adjusted to hostel living for many years, so this complaint may not apply to other roommates who could sleep through this distubance. Overall, everything else was great. See above.

Good location and seemed like an attractive price for a double bed with private bathroom. The windows did not lock and were accessible to other guests. There was no safe. These windows were in fact very high up and looking onto an internal courtyard. They were the only source of natural light. The room itself was pokey in a poor state of maintenance and much less attractive than the photos indicated. But the worst thing is the property use a plug-in liquid air freshener to totally overwhelm and pollute the room with an incredibly strong, toxic fragrance. This is located at near-ceiling level and took me ages to find. Even unplugging it and leaving it outside the room couldn’t remove the terrible acrid smell.

Decent location. Shower ceiling had mold all over the ceiling. Bed was uncomfortable and indented from so many people sleeping in it that you couldn't even use the whole twin bed. Reception controlled AC. Overall not a good hostel for the price. Oh and "breakfast" was a joke. Just pre-packaged croissants and jam.

Beds with privacy curtains, comfortable mattresses, clean sheets, clean toilets/showers. Room layout was great- sleeping room & bathroom were separated by a door, so it wouldn’t bother whoever is asleep. Complimentary breakfast (mostly croissants, cupcakes, etc.). Common room in the basement with a small outside patio. Friendly staff. I stayed in May with outside temps around 17-22C. We did leave the balcony door open otherwise the room got too stuffy/hot. There was an AC unit inside, but not sure if it was on or not. Regardless, room lacked ventilation if the outside door wasn’t open.
