There is nobody on the property. To check in, there is a vending style machine, after you enter your passport information, it provides a key. It takes few minutes to scan all passport if you have a family. The apartment is very spacious, I like the two bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds are not super confortables, but it wasn't a big deal. The place was not super clean. The rug in the living room was very dirty. Aside from this, the location was excellent. Many restaurants, bakeries, markets within 5m walk. Metro stop at 200yards. You walk out and you are on the rambla, but from the apartment the noise is very little. I would come back, I just wish it was a bit cleaner. I wish someone was on the property to help in case of need. Also, I asked for washing detergent 3 times and did not get it despite been told it would be delivered next day.

Where the TV was mounted in the bedroom was a little in the way

In the pouring rain, with nine pieces of luggage, we were told we could not check in at our 3:00 p.m. check-in time because they had allowed the previous occupant to check out late and they had to get housekeeping there. An hour and a half later, at 4:30 p.m., we were finally able to check in. Yet, when we asked for an extra hour for our check-out time, until noon, while waiting for our Uber/taxi to arrive, we were denied, and housekeeping was at the door right at 11:00 a.m.

Location, apartment layout, washing machine area, facilities, 2 very clean and well equipped bathrooms. Access , self check-in service, response time Nothing , everything was above expectations.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a lot of restaurants and sightseeing nearby. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The large balconies were very nice. We could not find the pool or rooftop bar but perhaps it was at the other property.

The location was perfect The apartment wasn’t ready and we had to wait even though we arrived on the time of check in. I was surprised that we had to pay for cleaning services.

In the heart of the heart of Barcelona - the location is CRAZY !!! Because of the perfect location - it is not so quite in the night

the early check in was not looked at , and we just got our room at 3pm after waiting for 4 hours.

The apartment was very bright and cozy. The location is magnificent. I really enjoyed my stay A little more stuff in the kitchen would be nice to add

Kitchen could have had better supplies (olive oil, salt and pepper, more coffee pods, sugar, etc)

Need to know taxi cant drive down street to door so if have lots of luggage have to walk it far. No dollies to help carry load there.

Great location, excellent facilities, ample amenities Could not think of any. May be price could have been a little less.

No checkin instructions were shared before checkin. No contact phone number was available to call. Poor management. Had to wait for an hour to just get into the apartment .

Good location, the apartment looks good overall, simple check-in. One big reason to stay at an apartment is that I can cook my own meal. This proved rather challenging here. The kitchen was equipped completely randomly, e.g. there was one large bread knife and one completely blunt knife. That's it, no other knives at all. There were only two forks of different size and then some small dessert forks. I was not able to find any cutting board nor any bowl of reasoanbel size to make a salad. One of the hobs of the stove top didn't really work. And the strangest thing of all - there was no table to sit down and eat your meal. You either it standing in the kitchen or use the small bedside table.

Exceptional location on a side street close to restaurants and high end stores. The apartment is spacious, looks fantastic and has everything you could need. The patio has room for dining and relaxing. n/a

Fabulous location. Very difficult to sleep with the level of noise from outside. Bathroom privacy blind didn’t function.

The apartment was very bright, spacious, and perfectly clean. Its location in the heart of Barcelona is ideal — close to everything and very convenient. I had a great stay and will definitely come back next time I’m in the city. Highly recommended!
