Good location. Walkable to Sagrada and high-end shops. The open pool on the roof top has a bar that people hang out at night to enjoy the view. Safe area. Rooms are small but has all the things you need.

Nice quiet location, with quiet interior-facing rooms. Friendly staff, clean facilities, nice gym. Rooftop pool/bar was so cute with great city views! Shower and toilet room glass need more tinting for privacy. You could see through glass a bit when lights were on so it didn't feel very private...I was travelling with my son. Wished bathroom was it's own space instead of next to beds

- the problems started when they asked us to pay in advance outside the booking platform on a link sent by them... something that I refused for security reasons... and because there are so many stories about such frauds... at the reception they kept insisting that this is how they do it and there is no other way even though the night before we had stayed at another hotel also in Barcelona where the payment was made normally through booking... So it is a rather unsafe hotel from this point of view... I refused to pay on that link provided... I paid at the reception... despite all their threats

Front desk was exceptional and knowledgeable The hotel map didn’t designate historic sites. Just restaurants and cafés. I wish there was an espresso machine in my hotel room.

The location was great near 2 metro stations. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. The rooms were always clean and modern. I also enjoyed the experience on the rooftop and it was nice to sit and relax after a long day exploring the city. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.

Every morning, cleaning the rooms around make a lot of noise, it can get to be annoying if u stayed in ur room. Also u need to be atentive cause they can go in to clean if u dont put the sign outside

The shower opening directly into the room was a little awkward, in terms of keeping the floor dry.

The front desk staff were very helpful, especially Carla. She was quite competent, had an intelligent answer to every question I asked and was always pleasant. Whoever stopped by my room to tidy up while I was out and about, did a fine job as well. Everyone's labor was appreciated. I have nothing to identify here.

Very clean and modern....but the rooms were FAR smaller than expected for a European stay. It was more attune to the hotels in China. The rooms were EXCEPTIONALLY small. It is clear that what used to be one large room was divided and made into TWO rooms of FAR smaller space.

Cleaning staff took my credit card, the main desk knew nothing about it however the cleaning staff did return it to the main desk when asked about it. Long story but in my opinion it should never been taken in the first place. The card was not compromised
