Room cramped, not very clean, a/c did not work. No other room available. They gave us a fan in summer in Barcelona ?. Oh and breakfast to compensate for the heat. Very noisy all night long. Terrible experience on our 40th anniversary trip

Location was perfect to the ports. How loud it was @ night. Since it is located in the middle of a square there were a lot of drinks outside yelling.

This hotel provides a great location being situated centrally along La Rambla

The room was clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and everything was fresh. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. Great value for the location, and I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that you could sometimes hear the metro passing underneath the hotel, especially at night, which could be a bit noisy for light sleepers. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend it.

No ice machine and refrigerator wasn’t very cold.

Location, lovely interior, clean No porter service

Room was spacious and overlooking the Ramblas (although the Ramblas are under a major renovation so it’s not pretty at the moment 2026 .. think it will be a construction project for a long while though) Tea and coffee & refill of water was great . We didn’t have breakfast but the restaurant looks elegant. Only the renovation of the Ramblas which is out of the hotel control

Excellent service by the receptionists, with fast check-in operations, storing the luggage away so we can visit more, helping with directions, etc. Great command of English language, very professional. Water stations on each floor, free refills. Noisy street overnight can affect the apartments facing it. Ground shaken by Metro runs takes some getting used to..

Location was amazing on la rambla. Rooms were clean Cattle with tea and coffee Free water and sparkling filling points on the floors The room was shaking every time metro passes. Was really annoying.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the metro station on La Ramblas. The hotel staff are very helpful. We didn't take the breakfast as there we very limited vegetarian options. There is construction going on at La Ramblas which can be a bit irritating as movement of vehicles is restricted a lot. Getting a taxi might be an issue. We used metro for the whole trip. The hotel can't be blamed for the work being undertaken by the civic authorities though :)

The hotel is exellent location , so clean always ,the room is cheerful the best to deep sleep . Great staff Near every thing it wasn't my first time and always again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nothing exept price ? i need to stay more nights and vist barcelona many times/year
