Som Nit Port Vell

I can't really say much about what I didn't like. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the room besides at night but when we were in the room, there was nothing to complain about.

Wonderful front desk staff, so helpful and pleasant! Loved the room and the view of the street. It's bare bones but still felt very cozy. Because it's a no-frills hotel, the bed was pretty basic so not a lot of support. Had a few aches and pains in the morning but overall will definitely stay again b/c of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities.

The location was very good Noisy and dusty.

Location Little too expensive

The lady at the reception didn't explain us properly how to use the 24 hour parking ticket and we almost got a fine.

Great isolation from the outside noise, since it is in a more lively area. Stayed there for 4 nights, explored the city and the beach. All amenities nearby. Great restaurants and old town very, very close. Clean towels and bed made everyday. Thin wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area.

Lovely location and staff. Easy access to nice restaurants and bars. Easy access to the building and room. Walking distance from every restaurant and destination we wanted to visit. all the staff are incredibly polite, and all speak multiple languages. The beds were a little on the hard side. The bar underneath our room was quite loud at all hours during the weekend, and sound penetrated through the floor till closing time after midnight each night.

Very noisy fan in the bathroom. Sink in the bathroom drained slowly and was getting full quickly. Probably clogged. Needs some maintenance. Pillows were not comfortable. Woke up with sore neck.

No elevator to bring our luggages to the main area.

The mattress was fairly hard, making it a little hard to sleep comfortably

Natalie was very sweet and very helpful. There were cockroaches. Staff also couldn’t accommodate an early check in time. Nor could they communicate that an early check in time wasn’t possible. Messed up our trip.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to La Rambla, beach, restaurants, and Gothic quarter. Super clean room and wonderful and helpful staff. Nothing

Great location and clean

A very clean great location. The staff were very nice. There are literally a half dozens restaurants below. The breeze off the Mediterranean is nice along with the view. It does have a mini fridge. We would definitely rent this unit again. There is no elevator to the second floor. So carrying luggage is a must. But it’s not terrible. Lastly, the room could have used an iron and board. A little high for what you get.

It’s very bare, 2 beds, wardrobe, desk and fridge not even a kettle or decoration, it’s more like a hospital ward. Checking in was overly complicated considering I’d already sent all details. There’s no lift and 2 sets of stairs
