It was neat & clean with very good staff around. Sizes of rooms were bit smaller.

Very good beds, very nice showers. We traveled for France and returned 8 days after to the hotel and were able to leave the big bags there. We asked for a late check out (12pm to 1 pm) and the were very helpful. There was a problem with the a.c on the last day, but it was very hot in barcelona. It was working, but not with the same capacity.

Excellent location, friendly staff. I also like that there was water in the room and available to refill. I have traveled around the world and a LOT of places don't do that!! A small thing that shows a lot of care. Also the hot water available downstairs is great. The neighborhood is fantastic and VERY easy to reach by public transport. Many places to walk to. I actually walked to Sagrada Familia from there. Super pleasant. The walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear every door open and close and people in the hallways. It was like we were all in one rooms.

The room was a bit small.

The hotel was excellent in every way. Some rooms have windows that open onto a small internal area, which felt quite unusual. We were traveling as two people, but after noticing from the photos that the windows in the double rooms were small, we chose a triple room instead. Although it was relatively more expensive, natural light and ventilation were more important to us. When we checked in, we realized that our room’s window was small and also faced that internal area. In this case, we couldn’t comfortably leave the window open, since other rooms’ windows also opened onto the same space. We asked the hotel staff to change our room and explained that being able to open the window was important for us, and that this was exactly why we had chosen a triple room. Although there was no available room that day, we were offered a new room the next morning around breakfast time. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel also had a beautiful inner courtyard. Every evening after our walks, we would sit there and enjoy tea with the cookies that were available 24 hours a day. Thank you. In our first room, the water pressure in the shower was very strong. However, after we changed rooms, the shower water in the second room was quite weak (( The breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

All the staff were extremely friendly and patient. The cleaners came everyday to tidy up and every other day or so to change everything. Which was amazing! The hotel is close to transit lines. We mainly used the metro and it was only about a 5 min walk away depending on the line. The price was great for everything you get. The only complaint I have was we went during a time of construction. Though with the windows closed you can't hear a thing outside and I know it's not the properties fault so otherwise my friend and I had an overall great stay.

Very good location - close to metro, to famous sights. Very pleasant staff (special regards to Katy from reception). It is possible to leave luggage before/after check in/out. They also propose corkscrew or scales upon first request. The hotel is nice to offer a free coffee and cookies at the lobby, as well as still water to fill the bottles. Nice terrace where you can have a breakfast or smoke, or have a glass of wine on air, or enjoy minigolf practices. Enormous bad, really king size! And what is important - immediate strong hot water in shower, there is no need to wait until it becomes warmer from cold. Lovely scent of bath amenities. Good quality of bath towels. Modern design in bathroom. Breakfast could be richer. Butter disappeared and has not come back. :) Anyway, you will not stay hungry. Price for the night. :( But it is the problem of total accommodation pricing in Barcelona, it became crazy last years.

The bed was huge and very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious, the cleanliness, the location (2 minutes to a bus stop, a supermarket downstairs, good neighbourhood).

Everything was nice, they are very helpful. We were very happy with this hotel.

Central location which was good. Breakfast was from a good early time onwards so it was possible to go to appointments early. Overall atmosphere was good and room was nice.

Loved how close it was while still feeling away from the overwhelming tourist areas. The back patio is a hidden gem in a hotel like this and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. So many cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from! If you are not used to a European shower you will flood the bathroom, be careful.
