Great location, AC worked perfectly, premium standard, interior design and details were phenomenal! No balcony, double beds instead of one master bed, basic cleaning service with water refills and could've gotten more towels.

The interior is stunning! To the point I want to redecorate, I was totally obsessed. The staff were attentive, friendly, always willing to help. No task to big or small. I was solo travelling around my birthday and they made such a great efforts with ballons, champagne and sweet treats. There’s a little balcony maybe to small to call a balcony I would have my coffee on from the room and the view was beautiful. Views from the restaurant and pool deck are stunning and the area is comfortable and quietly luxurious. The staff in the area were a pleasure to come across. Also I’m not a big beef eater but wow their burgers are stunning I also created the passion fruit mojito with them !!!!! Absolute must try. I suggested naming after myself but we will see Location is goood. There’s a bus stop in front of the entrance along with Sephora and Nike facing you. Really easy to get to the main attractions from there. I’d suggesting purchasing a bus pass. Single fair is 2.90euros. Sagrada is around 50/60 mins walk beach around the same. Hotel guadi is around 30. The area is very residential with lots of shops. Very clean and I felt very very safe as a female solo traveller. Nothing - maybe more chicken and fish option on the menu. But that’s even a stretch as the food and cocktails are beautiful.

This hotel is in a very good location, great public transport links with a bus stop right outside. Loads of restaurants and coffee places within walking distance. The beds were super comfy and various pillow types were available on request. Cleanliness of the bedding was satisfactory, there was a big stain on our duvet which was visible when the sheets had been moved a little bit. The glasses provided for water were not cleaned daily so we did not use them. It got quite noisy in the morning unsure if this was hotel staff or other visitors.

Incredibly terrible service. I have booked for a specific room through booking.com and they gave me a worse room with a view inside the building. The staff downstairs barely had any idea what they were doing. When the check-in was supposed to be at 3pm they wouldn’t let me get in and settle in my room until 5.30pm. Even though I was putting do not disturb sign on my door the cleaning people kept getting inside without checking our knocking and waking me up almost every single day. When I was checking out and they were asking me to pay for the room services, I put out cash on the desk and asked for change for my bigger bills, they took my money and then when I asked them you took my money by accident I need to get it back please they gave it back. Unfortunately I got an e-mail later saying that they are missing money from the cashier box and when I come to get my luggages back I need to give it back. The worker there was really rude and did not understand what was happening whatsoever so I called for the manager. The manager checked the camera’s liked I asked to her and she apologised for her colleague and said I was right. The. 6 hours later I get a notification on my bank that they not only tried to take money they also tried to take more than the supposed “money I took”. I called them and I told them this is ridiculous and unacceptable when I spent so much money for you to do such unprofessional stuff and I also sent an e-mail showing proof of the bank transfer they tried to do. I got a response saying again they are “sorry” for what happened but denied the evidence that they tried to take money from my account even though I sent them a screenshot of the proof. Except of the location of the hotel anything else was such a disappointment and made me really regret spending this much money for a place like that. Don’t recommend here at all!

Very good location and clean hotel

What I liked most was the excellent hospitality and friendly service throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully presented, and the location was perfect for exploring Barcelona. The staff were welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at Vincci Mae Barcelona again.

Fantastic. Friendly and proffesional staff. Everything was spotless, the room, the bathroom, common areas... The room and the bed were really comfortable. I was in a room with no views but the silence, it was so quiet and in the center of Barcelona. I had a great night sleep. The swimming is very little but nice, stunning views from there, it is like an oasis in the big city, you can just relax and enjoy a drink while refresing yourself. Breakfast is very good, good selection and everything you need. The restaurant menu was good, value for money and they have a few vegan/vegetarian opcions. Nothing to dislike :-)
