Starting from check in we had lost interest in this property. The front desk lady so called trained did not acknowledge us as gold member. She kept saying I will give you a discount which ahe never gave. We never asked for this discount. She also told us that complimentary beers will be in the room which never arrived.

Located amidst places with buzzling activities. No need to travel long distances from the hotel to "feel" Goa! They offer a good and adequate spread at Breakfast to be enjoyed after a luxurious stay in one of the lovely rooms! Could add some leisure activities in the resort- like- Table tennis/ Pool table/ Carrom board etc.

Hotel is in a good location which I think is the only plus point. Rooms aren’t cleaned everyday and some days had to ask for room to be cleaned. Had to ask a few times during our stay for fresh towels, some days they gave us pool towels to use in the bathroom instead of bath towels as they said they had none left, no hand towels. Take away food items and empty bottles left outside of rooms and not taken away by staff. Hotel was full of Indian tourists who get into the pool with all their clothes on, no shower or swimming attire. Bar not manned and hard work trying to find someone to get a drink for you. Booked with booking.com who advise of free room upgrade using genius points, this is not the case as all rooms are the same, there is no upgrade! Breakfast is not great, not a big choice and flies all over. Hotel caters mainly for Indian tourists and not Europeans. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Location is good. Staff is pleasing. Papri and Abdur were helpful. Spa was good. Room Full of mosquitoes. Breakfast service was very poor. Restauran was understaffed. Ordered fried eggs which did not arrive even after several reminders. Limited variety.
