Novotel Goa Candolim Hotel

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety and different options every day, so it never felt repetitive. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.

Breakfast was Ok. The pool areas were only the good part. I think this property is not sold properly on any platform. The property first of all is very small. Secondly from all the 3 sides there are literally residential home who look into your rooms and in swimming pool areas. And these are like proper residential local homes with common boundary walls. The staff is pretty useless. We had mailed them and the front desk lady called us for our early check in request. We reached early with expectation that if we are lucky we can get the room at 11AM. When we reached the guy on reception said we cant do early check-in as it is against the policy. We asked if the rooms are ready and if they are why cant you give it to us. He clearly denied stating that if he does that then there will be remark of early check-in and he will have to justify why he gave us early checking. I reasoned and told him that if someone checkout early do you refund then in the same case if the rooms are ready why keep guest waiting. Cut to i ask him oif i can [ay to which he took almost an hr to come back and explain that they can only charge if the chekin is before 10AM and we were like why are you then not giving us room if its 12PM now. The senior had to intervene and then we finaly got our room at 12 PM. I asked for a business center or a small place for one call that i had to take they didnt had that too. We asked for cutlery in the room and every time it took them a min of 45 min t deliver the same. Infact the clearance was also not there. Further the kids play zone is so ill managed that all the toys r broken, torn beds, dirty tables. it was literally yuckk

1/5 – Wasted our family vacation Nothing awesome about this stay. Same boring breakfast for 3 days. Huge wait times, not enough staff. Renovation work going on while we stayed. No view from room. Hyatt Centric is literally next door and 10x better value. Regret booking Novotel for our trip. Last time for us.

The room and room facilities ware very good. The view from thr hotel room was into a dilapidated bungalow right behind the property at not more than 5 mtrs away.

Liked the ambience The rooms needs a renovation as well the slides pool.

Shower pressure, kids pool under maintenance, bathrooms can be lot more cleaner

The rooms are spacious and clean Housekeeping is very prompt No greetings at arrival Location is too busy to get in and out Checked in at 4 and I was told the rooms were not ready. I had paid in advance through Booking.com but was asked repeatedly to pay again. If I had made the booking on behalf of my wife or someone else then would have ended up paying twice. The front desk said it did not show in the system that the payment was done, surprisingly strange. Kids pool was under construction, my child was overly disappointed

Our stay was very comfortable, highlighted by excellent food and a great pool experience. The genuine care from the staff truly made a difference. Exceptional Staff Service: The team was always available, attentive, and consistently checked in to ensure our comfort. The room service was great. Superb Dining: Both the Breakfast and Dinner buffets offered very good options and variety. Wonderful Pool Area: The pool provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Room Features: We particularly liked the size of the master bathroom. Location: The hotel is located near Candolim beach. Suggestions for Improvement Living Room Flooring: The living area floor in the room felt noticeably old and requires an upgrade. Pool Attire Policy: Please mandate swimwear for hygiene, as many guests used the pool without upper body clothes. Cigratte smoking in the property should be prohibited completely.

Der should be more gaming activities for toddlers and der should be an heated pool for babies
