Rosy was always checking on us, and really kind!!!!

Very central in the Old Town of Bari all within short walking distance . In the beginning had to look for it. A maid came up to two or maybe three times to clean . Air conditioning was excellent and very very clean. Our Host Rosy was always available for any questions and great suggestions she also made for Restaurants. My spouse is small and skinny but I am a bigger guy and the excellent shower was a little small for me to move around but water pressure and heater worked excellent.

location booking.com sold us a room for 2 (8 months ago!) but when we arrived the owner said booking showed her a receipt marked for one and we could not stay ... stressful arrival. So we paid 72€ more. The bed is on slats that are not fixed and we often collapsed in it. ..The AC unit in the terrace above leaked so our terrace was often wet it was a holiday weekend so nothing could be done.

Clean , tidy room with comfortable bed in a very good location. Rosy the host is a great communicator. We stayed in 7-8 hotels in Italy and this was only one with Netflix! Excellent Nothing really. Fridge a bit noisy at night if you’re a light sleeper , But I’m being picky!

I just stayed here for one night but was quite impressed. The location is excellent, the room itself is very comfortable. The air conditioning was a lifesaver!

The room was well equipped, large and spacious. It was also very clean. It is in a great location. I rate the contact with the owner as very good, she tried to answer all our questions. The flush was very loud, like a drill. Maybe it was a temporary damage, the owner did not know it had happened. The apartment is decorated in green, with green light due to the lampshade - it was a bit tiring, it was difficult to do make-up in this light. The chocolates left for us by the staff were old ?

The positioning of the apartment was excellent. The communication via What's App was very good. The apartment was clean and had a little fridge. The bathroom had a strange smell.

Very conveniently located in Bari old town . Communication from Rosy was excellent and helpful with restaurant recommendations and easy check in process . Stairs to access room, but we were expecting this.

Nice apartments, right in the old part of the city center. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. We didn’t have a coffee machine in the room (other rooms have it). I guess it was broken or something, but there are many coffee places just 2 mins walking distance.

Communication with Rosa and check in process was exceptionally easy and the location of the room is the best!!
