It was good for the price! Very close to the train station so perfect for a night before taking the train in the morning! The remote key system did not work. However they were responsive and solved the problem. The wifi did not work.

The room was big and quiet and I liked the little kitchen. Very close to the train station so was perfect for waking up and go to take the train to the airport. Helped me through whatsapp. Was easy to find.

However, the kitchen equipment was very limited—it was not even possible to make coffee in the morning. Another downside was the unnecessary online check-in process and having to pay the tourist tax on a separate platform, which was confusing and inconvenient. Also, keep in mind that you need internet access in order to enter the property.

VEEERY noisy. You can hear evertyhing from the other room. Moreover, you can hear all the pipes movements from the other room when water and other things are used...

The room is okay for 1–2 nights. The location is very good close to the train station and the city center. The check-in system through the website was really cool and convenient, although it might be a bit tricky for some people. They did mention that physical keys are available as well, but we didn’t need them. The room could have been cleaned better, especially the terrace. There was some debris from the wall (small pieces of plaster/dust) on the chair and table, and the ashtray still had old cigarette remains. Overall, it’s not bad for the price and works fine for a short stay.

Location difficult

The location is a 5 min walk from the train station and was good for a short stay. I received the wrong instructions to check in, the lady on support did not understand the issue and took 30 min to get the code for key and getting inside the property (dragging my kid from one place to another until this was solved). There were ants in the room, the toilet was not flushing corectly until next day when it was fixed.

Very helpful staff at the office close to the apartment where I could store my luggage before check ín time.

The location The apartment wasnt clean, there is no iron, no trash Kan. The a.c doesn't warm

Location was okay, close to the station and the city center. It was okay for one night but for a longer trip I would find something else. It wasn't clean, the toilet was doing weird sounds all the time, shower was weak. The mattress was sagging. The service was questionable and hard to reach. Doesnt look like the pictures at all.

We were bitten by some bugs, probably bedbugs. Please check the room for it.

I can’t complain, it was very nice

On the top floor, the AC struggled continuously to try and cool the room. No glasses and only one cup. If you plan to use the dishes, bring soap and disinfectant.

Exceptional

It's position for Bari centrale. Staff helpfull. Unpleasant smell in the bathrooms.the drainage system are not properly connected so that's why the unpleasant smell.

It was too hot.
