The staff are kind and always available to help. There is easy access from the main station, and there are bus stops nearby for going to the beaches. Good breakfast.

Huge well appointed room. Immaculately clean with daily maid service. Nice breakfast. Superb location just 5 min walk to Bari Vecchia and tons of restaurants. Gifted water bottle on arrival. Plenty of cold water dispensers thru' hotel. Bed very comfortable. Very little noise pollution. Fridge in room I have no negative feedback.

I really liked everything about my stay. One of the best things was that the hotel provides filtered water, and you can refill your bottle as much as you want. The breakfast was very good, and I especially appreciated that the coffee could also be made with a filter machine, separate from the espresso machine. The room was cleaned every day, and the location was excellent: only about 5 minutes from the train station, around 25 minutes to the beach (approximately 2.5 km), and about 10 minutes to Bari Old Town. The room was very quiet, with no noise from the street or the neighboring rooms. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the area felt safe. It was a bit expensive, but I think the quality and overall experience were worth the price. One small suggestion: adding some extra blackout curtains to prevent the morning light from coming in would make the stay even better. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

Position of the hotel was good. Clean and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The drapes in the room did not block the light efficiently. They were also partially see+through. Only one plastic chair in the room with nowhere else to sit except the bed.

Lovely clean hotel, easy access and had lift for heavy luggage. Fantastic breakfast with great variety. Staff were lovely and assisted us with luggage. A little further away from old town than we thought. Location was still good.
