Great place - great building and very convenient to everything! Most comfortable bed I’ve had in Italy! Nothing !

Location was nice. Although a small room it was well appointed and modern. Very difficult to enter property. Required to watch 2 videos, enter passcodes or phone numbers to get at lockbox and get keys. Process created much anxiety when leaving and trying to get back in. The rain head shower was unsatisfactory. Took several minutes of running water to get it hot. Also, difficult to move from under the shower ( without getting out) once soap got in eyes.

Very nicely decorated and kept, clean and comfortable. Very clear and easy instructions about how to get in. Nice free bottle of wine we shared on the balcony. No staff. Strange keypad locks on the door which were battery powered, so good luck if they ever ran out.

Perfect location for a stay in city to explore everything on foot. Appartment is clean, spacious and host is responding and helpful

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The bed was so comfortable and they had two pillow options (softer/thinner and firmer/thicker). The balcony is spacious and has two regular chairs plus a lounger. Curly girls: They have a blow dryer with a diffuser! I travel with my own and didn't notice use it, but do know that it's a mid-size option. Nothing- it was great. I will say that there are 7 stairs from entry way to the elevator.

The hot water ran out after 2 minutes and the you have to wait a few more minutes for them to heat again….

The balcony was a good size and add a comfortable space to a small room. The little fridge with welcome prosecco, water and a beer. The coffee machine with coffee and cappuccino. Elevator and the location. Pretty much 15 minutes either to the old city, pretty street with all the shops, train station and Lungomare. The mattress, sheets and pillows were all very nice and comfortable to sleep on. Everything was good. It’s a good elegant small room with a great balcony and bathroom. Our only recommendation will be to have some kind of towel racks to hang the towels.

Location is great, close to everything. There is beautiful small balcony with pleasant views of surrounding buildings & sky and plenty of natural light Best of all: Nico! Sweet & professional gives a warm welcome and is always available to ensure your stay is pleasant. A true host that you rarely meet in our days.. Lucky whoever stays in this place! will return! That was fully booked the day after ?

Location was great, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, terrace was an added bonus. The host provided prosecco, beer and water on arrival..very thoughtful!
