Location was perfect for us but slightly out of the way

Excellent location if you seek quiet evenings/nights. It's on the city's outskirts, and very easy to drive to. Reception staff were kind and polite. Rooms in the annex were pleasantly warm for us in April - we never needed to adjust the temperature at any given time. The bed was comfy and linens were all immaculate, as opposed to what some of the other reviews stated. The entrances to the annex rooms pass through individual terraces furnished with coffee tables, great for a morning coffee or a late night tea. Beware of the sun's glare off the bright walls when coming out of the room in the morning, though! :) In springtine the extensive garden around the villa is filled to the brim with fragrant, flowery shrubs and citrus trees. Unfortunately we did not get the chance to try out the pool - it'd be worth asking when the season starts/ends before booking in spring/autumn. Some of the surfaces in the room were dusty at check-in; not a huge bother, but the cleaning staff might overlook a thing or two. The space between the bathtub and the wall seemed to be improperly sealed, as water always pooled on the floor after a shower, despite none of it making it there past the shower curtain. Water very likely seeped tgrough the crack and ended up oozing from underneath the tub. A single instance of a disturbingly loud noise coming from outside late at night - either a chair being dragged on an uneven floor or a particularly resounding fart.

Pool was great. Location not so great. Straight off the freeway and you could not walk anywhere. City parking was a nightmare. Location. Breakfast was also average.

Staff was good Very bad value for money Poor breakfast: buffet with very limited choice and no hot dishes in the buffet. Location… well… in the middle of nothing in front of the Birra Peroni factory. Restaurant in the underground floor with no windows and with just one waiter, bad service, food acceptable, but for a diner not a 4 star hotel The bar is in a sort of crypt with no out access and no dedicated barman Rooms were decent but full of mosquitos and insects that affects your sleep. I complained no one intervened. Dusty. The minibar with just water which is not refilled every day. It’s a 3 star hotel, pretending to be 4 stars, with 5 star prices (230 eur/night)

Pretty facade and nice big pool. It’s extremely outdated, a bit dirty and just creepy. It’s right off the highway, under the train tracks. Needs a serious makeover. The towels and duvet cover are so so old theyre all faded and worn down so thin. The faucets are so old and loose and dirty.

I loved this hotel and will make a point to stay here in the future. I felt like a Princess in the historic room with tall windows and chandeliers, huge bed, double bathroom, big tub... lovely! The super-kind manager, Sr. Sachin, came out to the street to show me the way at night- definitely above and beyond service! And Sr. Michele in the dining is the ultimate professional. Very impressive. Directions could be provided in an email in advance because road construction has rendered Google Maps worthless. There is no access to the hotel from the northbound lane (thanks to a new road divider) and the turnaround solution is not possible at the northern roundabout to which Google Maps instructs. FAR better to turn left into the Eni gas station just north of the property, then head southbound to the hotel, which will then be on the right. It is an easy solution that is best described in advance of a nighttime tour of the 6 roads named Via Bitritto! The hotel is just opposite the huge Peroni factory.

Renovated old style villa with a big room with balcony and a bath tub. Amicable personnel who tried hard. We had a dinner only for us. The vicinity is a typical olive garden and the house is outstanding. Unfortunately there is a railway and a large motorway junction nearby that disturb the atmosphere on a rush hour. During the night time it was peaceful and quiet.

Pool was not useable. You require a car to go eat out

It was a lovely property filled with Olive and citrus trees. Our room was away from the main property which was nice. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcomed treat. It seemed to be on minimum staff, needed a little TLC in the area around the pool.
